Beach Club Condominiums! 3 blocks from the beach! This condo enjoys the on the ground floor, easy access to green space! Stroll to the pool, gym, hot tub area. Super nice community room w/ laundry facilities enjoy sitting poolside, reading a book, napping, enjoying the sun. There are many restaurants & shopping within walking distance too! Florida has a wonderful rule.. no tourist tax charged on bookings over 6 month/1 day! Taxes apply otherwise.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).No Dangerous Breeds.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:NO SMOKING INSIDE UNIT, KEEP PATIO DOOR CLOSED IF SMOKING ON PATIO. No Pets on Furniture..SNOWBIRD SEASON: January-March.
Bookings are accepted in only full month increments.
