The views of the surrounding natural environment were so good, but the communication was unprofessional. I booked via ******* but when I arrived, they asked me to pay the money upfront via Zelle and I was supposed to pay immediately but I was not convenience so i called ******* to make sure and I was in phone hour to figure it out outside. later on, ******* customer service helped me, and we entered the property. The AC was not working, the fan was missing one blade, and the beds were not clean. also, I paid for an extra bed, and they provided an air mattress for my 10-year-old son, but within an hour, all the air went away, so the 3 of us slept in the same bed. The highlight of the property was an Outdoor Shower, and I was not comfortable with my family taking a shower even though there was no Door for the shower. They didn't mention any details about the shower situation beforehand. Together, it is a good site with bed management.
