超級新的酒店。 客服非常棒。房間空間特別龐大。Spice Brasserie 的早餐老好吃了。 特別感謝餐廳的小哥Roy，你們的客户服務嘎嘎的！ 這家酒店也很靠近malacca water World和safari world. 非常適合度假。

Thanks to parkroyal hotel for providing me a surprise happy honeymoon cake but unfortunately we found out there are fungus at the cake. During checkout mr roobam or rooban if not mistaken his name, ask us any feedback during our staycation here and my wife give feedback that the cake issue and mr roobam asking us why we did not call to inform them and they can change it immediately. We did not do it because it’s not a big deal for us actually but he still insist to change it for us even though we refuse it in the beginnings.. a big shoutout to him, we are more that happy to accept it. Thanks again to him. Only downside is our room view straight to main road to enter a’famosa.

Everything perfect here. I love the room which I think it is quite big. I also requested for birthday decor or cake & get a slice of chocolate cake. So yummy!
Besides, the dinner buffet is top notch! First time I tried to eat oyster & surprisingly it’s so delicious and fresh 😋 Oh, the breakfast was very good too.

My family and i had the best stay ever and we did not regret our choice of booking a stay here. It was a very relaxing place to unwind and spend time with family. No doubt the place is very very clean as they had just operated this resort for a few months only. Highly recommended stay if you have young children. 😊

They showed great sincerity in assisting my family & me in order to make our stay a memorable one. I took 3 rooms & brought along my 85 year old mom who praised the great hospitality shown by the staff including the concierge. Keep up the great job! The food was good too

Me n my daughter had an enjoyable stay. The kids pool n the pool area is very huge n clean. My daughter really Love n enjoyed it. Will definately stay at this hotel if were happened to be in Malacca again! Ahaaa.. one more thing, love the smell of body lotion provided in the toilet.

Clean, big size bed. Not near to city centre but perfect for those who seeks privacy and peacefulness. New hotel facilities all good. Separate bath and toilet. Abit dark at night especially when not many visitors.

all is awesome .. all staff are very friendly .. very helpfull .. special thanks for staff (roy) and (umi) that assist us during sahur time .. he really helpfull and friendly ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ .. my family love their kindness ..
the room is spacious .. so many facilities provided .. love the pool .. kids friendly .. and my favourite part is they provide kids room .. very helpfull for those who on vacation with their children ..

Location of the resort was so strategic, it is very near to the entrance of A Famosa. Cleanliness is top notch as it is a brand new building. Service wise, all staff are very helpful and welcoming. They can accommodate our needs and help. We request for duvet cover change as our baby accidently dropped food on it, and the response rate was prompt. Facilities wise, maybe they can consider to add on hand soap in the toilet as hand soap is only available in shower area. Location of the parking lot to our room was quite far as we need to walk a lot but it is still acceptable actually, but maybe if it is possible to provide buggy in the future? Other than that, we really really loveeee the facilities, especially the Kids Club Room and mini slide at the pool. My baby really enjoyed it and we were too and we definitely will come again in the future!
