L hotel était super propre vu sur la ville je recommande beaucoup merci 🥰

Rapport qualité prix : moyen, meme pas de papier toilette dispo dans la chambre. Acceuil que je n’ai pas du tout apprecié,j’ai appelé pour savoir si une chambre est dispo et si je peux payer par carte, on me dit oui, une fois sur place, pas possible de payer en carte, terminal pas sur place, Elle fait une copie de ma carte national, garde l’original en attendant que je paye, comme si j’allais fuir, bref je comptais rester deux deux jours et j’ai decidé de partir plus tot. Si un jour j ai un probleme d’usurpation je sais ou m’adresser. Partout ou je sejourne, ils prennent la carte, remplissent une fiche et te te rende ta carte. Là Elle a fait une copie, et le temps d’avoir le terminal or que je paye, je ne sais pas ce qu’elle en a fait avec?! Une experience desagreable, et je part en se demandant si mes données sont en securité, ce que je redoute.

La habitación era muy estrecha, tenia arañas, el edredón estaba roto y con manchas y la toallas también estaban rotas. La puerta del baño también estaba despegada . Nos cobraron la cena 3 veces y aún no nos han devuelto el dinero. Un desastre.

This an awful hotel. On arrival the 1st request was how will you be paying?? Would suggest it is actually the worse one we have ever stayed at. MAJOR WARNING - If you are put on the top few floors then you will have the “music” from the night club on the roof. The noise can be heard 7 or 8 floors down from the club. The noise is absolutely horrendous. Bang, bang and banging of the DJ and very large speakers on the 11th floor. This goes on for a number of hours into the night. The emergency exit door from the 10th to 11th floor where the nightclub is situated was locked when I walked up to have a look - had to walk as there were so many people using the 2 lifts to the club, there was water running down (and had been for some time judging by the discolouration where the water was running - maybe months) from the external emergency exit stairs behind that door going down the stairs towards floor level 10 so as well as being very narrow and very dark the stairs were wet and the door locked from inside the kitchen area (where cooking was taking place) so in my experience not a good health and safety location for an emergency exit and that is also having the door locked!!! When I knocked on the door a member of staff greeted me with a tray with what looked like hot embers in it - and this was an emergency exit!!!!! The internal emergency exit stairs from the 11th floor had many items partly blocking the stairs - tables, chairs, old food display cabinet and carpets and the exit from the 11th floor was from the kitchen so if there was a fire in the kitchen on the top floor and quite rightly the lifts should not be used then a catastrophe could easily happen. I have taken plenty of photos to provide evidence if disputed. If you do not speak Arabic or French then you have a major problem because that is all the staff speak. One member of staff does speak English but she was only on duty for a few hours. When you complain nobody cares. Asked to speak to the manager - told he/she does not work at the moment - that was over a 2 day period. The rooms are very dated, unfinished and shower leaks water all over the floor and the very old fancy shower unit and heads spray water all over the bathroom. The glass on top of the table in the bedroom is broken in a number of places and look like it has been broken for many months judging by the dust in between the cracks. The A/C does not work correctly. TV has no signal most of the time so there are issues there as well. The internet is awful and very intermittent. Lighting in the rooms is very poor and in our room(s) the fridge did not work. The breakfast staff are too busy eating their breakfast in the small kitchen to serve customers. On the floor for breakfast the small kitchen at the entrance for seating customers is the toilets - right next to the kitchen!!! Going down for breakfast an hour or so after start time of 07:30 everything is cold and starting to go stale. If any options are finish

Tres tres mediocre!! On vient juste de tester le restaurant, on a attendu 1h15 pour nous servir a manger . Le poisson n’était même pas nettoyé de ses tripes qui étaient crus et qui sortaient du ventre du poisson , en plus d’une salade niçoise qui n’est pas de la classe d’un hôtel mais d’un snack.
