Great location and the best service!

L'âme du Chalet c'est Zorhan. De notre arrivée à notre départ, sa présence discrète mais attentive a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. C'est ce genre de rencontre qui transforme tout. D'ailleurs nous n'avons jamais rencontré le General Manager mais peu importe, Zorhan l'a remplacé à merveille, connaissant nos habitudes et anticipant nos envies. Grand bravo aussi à l'équipe du housekeeping pour sa gentillesse et aussi son efficacité. 1000 mercis encore Zorhan et bonne continuation.

C’était la première fois pour nous, et nous avons adoré cet endroit qui a beaucoup de charme. Les notes des différents sites confirment bien l’excellence de cet établissement. L’équipe était au petit soin du début à la fin ! Bravo à l’équipe de direction et à toute la team !

Zannier Hotel - Le Chalet is simply the best. The accommodation, the food and the location are all amazing but what makes this place so special are the people. Led by Emilie, the whole Le Chalet team are fabulous and all go that extra mile to make your stay a truly memorable experience. From the moment you arrive at the hotel everything is taken care of and you are immediately made to feel at home and part of the Le Chalet family. This was our second visit to Le Chalet and on this occasion we took the whole family so they could experience this gem of a hotel. The rooms are all exquisite and lovingly curated for a luxurious French Alpine feel and look. The snowy views over Mont Blanc are spectacular. The cosy restaurant and bar, with its roaring fire, are a very fitting end to a days skiing. We all slept so well and the mattresses were all so so comfortable. The 'Boot Room' team are all awesome and transfers to and from the slopes and into Megeve were seamless and efficient. All the restaurant bookings, on the slopes and in Megeve, were recommended and handled by Ilijana and the reception team. All in all, a fabulous place and a truly wonderful experience. Luogo interessante un po’ sopra il paese. Le camere sono sparpagliate in un’infrastruttura tipo chalet. Belle le camere, spaziose e pratiche, ben arredate. Conoscendo Zannier le pretese sono molto alte, per cui salta all'occhio quanto forse in altri alberghi passa inosservato; in certe cosette mancava un po’ di accuratezza come, per esempio, con le prese dell’elettricità o con i prospetti pasticciati dagli ospiti precedenti. La struttura è apparentemente concentrata sul turismo invernale. In estate purtroppo il servizio è molto ridotto. Abbiamo compreso che il ristorante fosse chiuso visto i pochi ospiti. Per noi poco comprensibile il fatto che neanche il bar fosse aperto. Era possibile solo servirsi di succhi e biscotti, buoni ma prefabbricati e sempre gli stessi tutta la settimana. Un coppa di Champagne o un Campari avrebbero fatto piacere. La colazione era eccezionale, molto variata e esclusivamente con prodotti freschi.

Personnel au top! Tout était parfait, et le personnel a été très attentionné.
