On arrival, there was no staff at the reception, I had to wait an hour for the receptionist. Then, I was told there was no room booked for me, which gave me a shock. I showed her my booking confirmation receipt, and then she spoke with a manager and put me in their sister hotel thank God. So I checked in to Nusk Al-Hijrah, after 5 minutes, the door cadr was not working so I came to the receptionist to ask that my card be recharged, he gave me a rude look and told me it was working and I should try again. So I tried again, and still it was not working, so I went down for the second time with a porter as witness, and it was eventually resolved. Location and standards is very good.

The hotel is good. But the water heater in the shower room was so low. This is winter and the water was very cold. I can't handle it. And i ask for cleaning my room, but until i checkout today, they did not clean it. Also I always need to ask to them for refill my mineral water in the room. But over all the recepsionist was good. She allowed us to early chekc in at 12 pm. The hotel is near from men's door to Haram but quiet far from women's entrance. Also they did nkt give me toothbrush and slippers.

Bagus dan lumayan dekat kalau mau ke raudhoh deket.. cuma wifi up n down di lantai 10.. tapi semua bagus

Saya hampir tidak menemukan cela untuk hotel ini. Pas sampai kami di mobilisasi pindah ke sister hotelnya yang berseberangan, nusk alhijra. Disini semua nampak bagus, lift banyak. Hampir tidak pernah ada antrian berarti. Lokasi strategis, jalan kaki 1 menit sampai ke pintu 305 dan artinya ke kubah hijau/raudah juga dekat. Untuk bintang 3, ini sangat rekomendasi. Cuma tau sendiri, jika 305 itu jauh dari saf perempuan. Challange nya disitu ya. Bukan krn hotelnya. Tp lebih ke pemilihan lokasi.

A.150mn du masjid Nabawi c'est le top pour s'organiser, se reposer, être toujours proche. Chambre propre dans l'ensemble avec l'espace nécessaire.
