The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything.
We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place.
The building is older, but functional.
We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone.
I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩
Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365.
You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us.
Because the location is not that far from gate 365.
This gate is near Rawdah.

Convenient location near the Holy Mosque, friendly staff, but cleanliness can be improved. Overall, it is a decent stay for its price.

Very late check in time at 4pm. But we didn't get our room until 6.30pm. Many guests were crowding the reception with the same problem. Our booking was not on the system. Reception staff entered our booking manually on arrival. Then said room is not ready. Female reception staff seemed v confused. I would recommend only to take service from male reception staff, who were actually able to book guests in and work around system failures.
Had to wait hours for any service at all. Even housekeeping. Room was cleaned several hours after request made. Same for towels or amenities. Reception staff did not understand what a vanity kit is. WiFi took 2hours to start working.
Athaan cannot be heard from room 735. Breakfast was not very healthy. Bland food served. Restaurant is overcrowded and entrance to hot food buffet blocks access to tables. Guests were queing at the entrance for eggs. No one else could pass through to enter the restaurant. After speaking to the waiting staff on the first day, restaurant managers did nothing to clear entrance to the restaurant. They didn't even move the tables blocking the entrance. Furniture is all old. Sockets all old. Needed to wait for adapter to be provided.
This hotel stay was not worth the 560GBP spent on a triple room with basic beds. Very disappointing experience for such an expensive stay.
Porters were helpful and able to provide more information than reception staff. Lovely view of Masjid Bilal from room 735.
