I had a pleasant stay in the Deyar Al Eiman with family. The staff is very respecting and cooperative. They let me check in earlier in the morning. The rooms are bit small but have all essentials. The hotel has walkable easy access to masjid nabwi gate 326 and inside gate 16 for ladies. There are eateries nearby. It is right at the main road access and taxi/bus pick point.

I stayed at Deyar Al Eiman Hotel and had a generally good experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was fairly smooth. The room was clean, though a bit small, and the facilities were quite basic. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the taste was average. Overall, it’s a good option for those looking for an affordable stay close to the المسجد النبوي, especially for convenience

We stayed at Deyar Al Eiman from 14Feb to 17Feb 2026. We arrived at 3:40 am and they allowed us to do early check-in with a little charge. Room were cleaned and house keeping service was available everyday. All the receptionist were very helpful. The hotel is 2/3 mins walking distance from gate 327/328. W

We stayed here for only 1 night because we were disappointed with our previous hotel. Turns out it's the best decision & we regret not doing it earlier. The location was excellent, just 3 mins walking to Masjid Al Nabawi. Although the room is quite small, we are very happy because of the cleanliness of the room & bathroom. This hotel should be rated more than 1-star. Will definitely stay here again in the future & recommend this hotel to my friends & family.

Hotelnya dekat ke pintu 327. Kamarnya ada bath up nya walaupun kecil, jadi bisa berendam air hangat..

للاسف من اسواء التجارب اول مشكله واجهتني موقف السياره عند الحجز في الموقع كان مكتوب متوفر مواقف مجانيه وعند الوصول تتفاجىء بعدم توفر مواقف حسب كلام الاستقبال ( طبعاً فيه مواقف فاضيه لاكن حاطين فيها كراكيب الفندق موقف فيه سجادات وموقف فيه جراكل مويا وموقف فيه خشب ) من وقت تشوف المنظر تعرف ان الكراكيب اهم من راحة النزيل ثاني شي عدم الاهتمام بالنظافه الحمام الله يعزكم كله شعر الغلايه اكلها الصدا الريموت مكسور التليفونات منظر فقط كلها لا تعمل تجربه لن تتكرر .

So far so good, overall is the best, Near to haram, good location

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way my booking was handled. I was moved to a different hotel that is far from the original one I had booked, without any prior notice or communication. Upon arrival, I was informed that only a small smoking room was available, which is not what I expected or agreed to. Since I had just arrived after a long and exhausting journey, I had no choice but to accept the room. However, I am not happy at all with how this situation was managed. This experience falls below my expectations, and I am very disappointed with the lack of proper communication and consideration.
