The hotel receptionist was very nice person and also very funny, the hotel was situated in a very good place and also it is near to Masjid Nabawi, the only thing is that there is no parking available inside the building or around free, you can get paid parking around there.

The hotel is located near Masjid e Nabawi. The hotel and rooms are quite small, but fast food options are available nearby. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

I am disgraced with trip.com to even have this hotel on there app and misguide loyal customers like myself.
I could not find you email as I wanted to complain about this hotel and our stay and request for a full refund the room was filthy had a bad smell bathroom no lock working for bathroom was a solo poorly no shower working how can you have a shower water coming very very slow in sink bathroom very dirty and the bedroom.
When I went to reception to complain the man came with me in the room I said 3 times my husband in the bathroom and he opened the door how disgrace is this he new lock not working how can he open when I screamed don’t open!!
I have wasted my stay and money on this hotel even aster all this not offered another room or did the problem I want full refund

We almost not had a room, yet we keep persistent to our booked-hotel that already paid and no cancelation. At the end we have the room but seemingly different type with our booked previously. It should be three bed inside, but we had four bed inside.
Well. Still no problem for us, at least we have a room to stay during our umroh in madinah.Alhamdulillah
