I am quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
Firstly, no complimentary water bottles were provided in the room, which is a very basic amenity. There were also no cups available, making it inconvenient even to have a simple drink.
The cleanliness of the room was below standard. It did not feel properly maintained or thoroughly cleaned, which affected the comfort of the stay.
Additionally, the staff were not very attentive or responsive to guests’ needs. Hospitality and service play a major role in the overall experience, and this was lacking.
Prior to staying here, I stayed at Ramada in Makkah, where the experience was excellent — clean rooms, attentive staff, and thoughtful amenities. In comparison, this stay was disappointing.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service and room standards.
