Modern meets vintage downstairs apartment. This apartment has been recently updated but still has that “old home” feel. Built in the 1800’s. Lots of natural light with a great workspace, full kitchen, bath with rain shower, washer and dryer and a spacious bedroom. Perfect for longer stays but also for a night away. Private off street parking in the heart of the village of Medina. You are walking distance from downtown unique shops, boutiques and restaurants. It is less than an hour drive to Niagara Falls, Buffalo and Rochester and about 15 minutes from Lake Ontario.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

We were wanting a place close to the Erie Canal and it's in walking distance.The kitchen has everything you'll need and the grocery store is less than a mile away.

The house was perfect for us (2 adults & 1 toddler) for a weekend away. It had everything we needed, very clean, and ample parking. Would highly recommend if you’re in the Medina area!
