Amenities galore including double sided gas fireplace, 65 inch smart TV in living room and 37-43 inch TV’s in bedrooms, relaxing deck off main living room, cement patio with table and chairs as well as a gas barbecue for grilling comfortable beds and nice linens, towels , blow dryer, magnified light up mirror, steam iron, regular iron/ironing board, lightweight cordless vacuum cleaner, Bikes, games, puzzles, fully stocked kitchen , etc... Close to parks, golf course, Growler King, Donut Country, wineries, Breweries., Brit Festival, Ashland Shakespeare Festival, and The Craterian, Rogue River, and so many lakes to explore…
Just 4 hours from Portland, Beaches, and 2 hours to Crater Lake. Day trip to Redwood forest or Brookings. Guest book on site and lots of brochures with more activities…

Wonderfully appointed property. Very clean property, comfortable beds and everything you could think of to make our stay comfortable. We have stayed at several rentals over the years and this was by far our favorite. If we are in the area we will definitely stay again.

Such a wonderful experience staying at your home! It's the little things that make a big difference and the 'junk drawer' with the tape and scissors was just what I needed. We were thrilled that EVERYTHING was very clean, thank you. Very easy access to the freeway and stores in the area. So happy you had a pizza cutter :) but had to use a cookie sheet cause I couldn't find a pizza pan. FYI: did notice a spelling error on your 'silverware' drawer label :)Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

Exceptional VRBO
Selecting a vacation rental is trusting the photos and descriptions are accurate. With Brookdale Meadows, the photos, descriptions and even the reviews didn’t reflect what an exceptional place this is to rent!This house quickly feels like home — there are so many extra touches the owner provides, plus the entire house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully furnished, the kitchen, bed and bathroom linens were excellent and plentiful, and the neighborhood was lovely, quiet and easy access to main roads.We wish every vacation rental was this wonderful, we’d travel more. Plan to stay here again.

Wonderful Experience
Our family of six stayed here for a soccer tournament. It was great to have plenty of space for the entire family and a comfortable home to rest between games. The home was very clean. The communication was quick and extremely helpful. The home had a lot of thoughtful details that made settling in even easier. My family enjoyed our stay and would choose this home again in the future.

Beautiful home! Centrally located to Roxy Ann winery, where we were attending a family. We had everything we needed. Will stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Family Get a Way
The property was very nice, in a good neighborhood. The lay out of the house was good for those that wanted privacy in the bedroom. Nice there were two rooms for visiting.

Very nice house
The house was fully stocked. Comfortable. Nicely decorated. Very nice neighborhood. Quiet area. Games in the house for everyone. Owner was easy to contact.
