They claim to speak English but not a word or it. I arrived at the hotel at 9:00pm after a All day flight, they gave me a room with NO WINDOWS and a broken air conditioning ( but they don't speak English and I don't speak spanish to explain to them ) People screaming in the hallways non stop until 4:30 am. No respect at ALL for others. Located in a verry verry loud street with a lot or creaps roaming around ( so don't expect to feel safe if you're a sole traveler or travel with kids! Beds feels like you're sleeping on the floor with a blanket under you. Rooms are super clean, and the front desk is guarded but that's the only positive point I found. I don't know how im gonna be able to stay here for the entire 8 nights stay I booked, if I don't get a refund. If you are here to party and plan to get drunk and don't care about bothering poeple when you get to you room at 4am .. .then this is the spot for you!

I worked in the tourism area for almost 6 years and now i became a master travel agent with AMResorts and to be honest I didn’t like my stay at this hotel. Rooms are pretty small, air conditioner didn’t work. A lady at the recepcion didnt provide any information regarding the hotel, how to use our room key if we need to take the elevator, breakfast time, NOTHING, even didn’t let me know the ways i can pay my stay: Cash COL or US, credit card, didn’t let me know what will happen if i pay using US, she didn’t aware us or ask us if we are agreed. We won’t come back.

The BINN Hotel was amazing, each member of the staff was attentive, informative and so kind! It was my first time in Medellín. Everyone from the hostess and restaurant staff ( special shoutout to Farid, you were so beautiful and attentive to my mom !!) security running out to offer an umbrella in the rain, front desk giving great local recommendations . We are already planning a return trip !!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

我和丈夫在麥德林住了四天,我們非常喜歡。服務令人難以置信。從我們到達前台的那一刻起,行李員,每天早上餐廳的早餐服務,我們去晚餐的時候,甚至在泳池邊。我們與酒店員工的每次互動都很棒。房間很漂亮,乾淨,視野很壯觀。步行可到很多餐廳,一個商場和波布拉多公園。我們還步行了幾次來回波布拉多地鐵站。需要打車時,員工們很高興能很快爲您叫到一輛。我強烈推薦這家酒店。下次再來麥德林我們一定會再次入住。

El hotel city express se encuentra en una de las principales vías comerciales de Medellín, a su alrededor tienes bancos, restaurantes y tiendas. A escasos metros del CC Santa Fe y CC Oviedo, es un hotel de paso. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero funcionales para una estancia corta.

Son súper amables , el hotel una pasada! Tiene acceso al centro comercial y tiene vistas a Medellin La habitación súper espaciosa y de lujo!!! Esta ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Medellín!

Excellent hotel. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Mini bar/fridge, safe, ironing board, lots of mirrors, large bathroom, 55” tv, very comfortable bed, and good wifi(download speed 16 Mbps). Included buffet breakfast from 6-10:30 is very good. Very close to Metro and Santa Fe mall but a good distance restaurants/bars area (Uber is very cheap however).

套房裝修精美,寬敞舒適。景色很棒。找不到任何可以挑剔的地方(除了沒有燒水壺燒水喝茶,但這很小)。這家酒店在一個山谷裏,所以晚上你可以聽到一些噪音 - 我們在一個非常高的樓層,但在凌晨3點鑽了幾個晚上保持清醒。但我認爲這些服裝建築或道路工程只是暫時的。游泳池游泳很好,早上參觀時不太擁擠。可能下午更忙。游泳餐廳的體面尺寸很好。早餐的合理選擇,我們在那裏吃了兩次晚餐。工作人員很有幫助,雖然我們確實需要谷歌翻譯,因爲英語有限,但他們確實非常努力,哥倫比亞不是一個英語被廣泛使用的國家,所以這不是批評。這家酒店相當昂貴(我們住的最昂貴的一家,在哥倫比亞),但我覺得值得在這個場合支付額外的錢來治療自己。
