Es un hotel viejo!, el costo de la habitación no coincide con sus amenidades, hay mucho ruido por las discotecas afuera, no tiene nevera, hay mejores hoteles por ese mismo costo, es un hotel muy basico a un costo alto!

Es increible porque esta en Provenza y encuentras de Todo .. Si te da hambre a las 3am sales y comes algo frente al Hotel.. El unico inconveniente que un amigo *** me iba ayudar a subir las compras y la chica de Recepcion una morenita No le permitio y le explicamos que al minutl bajaba xq solo iba a subir las compras , y que si subia se me cobraria una Noche, como que mi amigo iba a dormir.. Del resto Excelente Hotel y Ubicacion

Este hotel esta ubicado en Provenza, rodeado de bares y restaurantes que no permiten el descanso. Desde el primer día me ofrecieron cambiarme a una habitación donde "se escuchara menos el ruido", sin embargo cada día que pasaba me decían que no tenían otra habitación disponible, que sería para el día siguiente y así pasaron los días y el cambio nunca se produjo. No lo recomiendo, mucho menos si viajas con niños, la vas a pasar fatal al momento del descanso. Las instalaciones lucen en deterior, un hotel viejo y descuidado.

En general todo muy bien, personas amables, podría mejorar la variedad en el desayuno, buena limpieza en habitación que es de tamaño justa, tenía caja de seguridad, cama comoda, el ruido exterior se llega a escuchar, me tocó habitación contraria a la calle, pero siento que si me llega a tocar de lado de la recepción, se Escucharaas ruido. Me gustó la ubicación, caminando te encuentras de todo, de todo!

No aceptaron nunca las llamadas del proveedor y tampoco aceptaron el pago hecho. Mucha bulla y mucho relajo a cualquier hora de la noche

El servicio de sus empleados, son muy atentas, acceso fáci, el desayuno rico. Sin pensarlo volvería a hospedarme.

I booked and prepaid Hotel Acqua via ********** for a 3 night stay on a visit to Medellin. Upon arrival, the front desk girl told me there were no rooms available and a manager had emailed me to say so that day (I have no email in my inbox). She was dismissive and was unable to offer any help or put me up in another hotel. I had to scramble at 10PM with bags to find another hotel for the night. I returned the next day to use what i had paid for. The front desk team was unapologetic about the night before and checked me in. The room is basic and small - the reviewers who call it clean, comfortable and large must have stayed at the 'other' Hotel Acqua, because none of those adjectives are accurate here. The sink and shower were grody, the bed hard as a rock. Music thumped all night through the window because Medellin DJs never stop working apparently and this hotel is on a busy party street. When you leave your room, you are in pitch black for 3-5 seconds due to delayed onset motion sensor lights. Also, the WiFi - I was trying to work from my room and my zoom calls were dropped every 3 minutes. So frustrating. Upon checkout to go to the airport for my flight, the front desk was surprised to see me leaving 'a day early' -- apparently since they gave up my room on Thurs night, they just moved my shifted reservation to begin on Friday and checkout a day later than originally booked. She wouldn't refund the prepaid night's rate. AVOID THIS SHADY HOTEL
