A work colleague recommended the place, and I’ve listened, I should have not. On 2 out of the 5 nights I stayed, the room was serviced, but no towels provided, even after asking the front desk to make sure the room is properly serviced after the first occurrence. It’s kind of upsetting to arrive back from a 12 hours work day, and discover no towels are available. Should be an easy thing to address right? Not in this hotel. Calling the front desk - nada, no one picks up the phone. ‘Is a manager available to speak with?’ - of course not, it’s after 6pm! At the 2 times I had to come down asking for towels, I was offered with nothing but head nods. Asking the manager to call me during their work hours - nada. Asking for conditioner to be filled up in the shower - nada. Look, the front desk staff was ok, feeling puzzled and confused with what’s going on, it’s really not their fault. It’s the management that chose not to address the situation and ignore the guest complaints that earned my first, and last, stay on this hotel and the low score it just received. Now, I can imagine someone from the hotel will jump and write ‘we’re sorry… ‘ but you know what? That a day late and a dollar short, it won’t change anything; they had an opportunity to make good for my experience and they chose to ignore the guest. No mas para mi

Muy bueno. Muy bien. Excelente servicio. Desayuno delicioso. Habitaciones espaciosas. Camas cómodas. Hay que renovar carpinteria pero nada grave. Es de esos hoteles de tradición que vale la pena.

My experience was terrible .I got glass particles in my drink .I showed it to staff and they accepted same ,after investigating they told me it’s due to same present in kitchen with fruits .I was told to give my refund of stay after I demanded same due of such bad services which they acknowledged but have not updated any status of refund and I was communicated that I will get mail from GM but it’s been now more than 4 days I have not got any mail from GM .I still have samples with me .

En general, nos gustó el hotel. Solo hays dos puntos en contra: 1) El colchón es demasiado blando, no dormimos bien. 2) La ubicación, no es tan conveniente, se necesita carro/taxi/uber para todo.
