El hotel es muy bueno, las atenciones del personal fueron excelentes, buena ubicación para salir a cenar a pies quedan varios restaurantes muy buenos cerca, también el hotel tiene restaurante y bar en el rooftop con una vista espectacular, habitaciones muy limpias y todos los días realizaron la limpieza. Volvería a repetir este alojamiento en mi próxima visita a Medellín

Sigue siendo nuestra primera opción. Es nuestra segunda ocasión en el hotel y surgieron un par de cosas que Alejandra de recepción nos ayudó a solucionar. El personal es muy amable, como extranjeros sentimos que se preocupan por nosotros en el sentido de la seguridad. Definitivamente seguirá siendo nuestra primera opción en nuestros futuros viajes a Medellín. Tienen un personal excepcional.

It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here. Most importantly, we **felt very safe throughout our stay**. The hotel has **security at the front door**, which provided an extra sense of security and peace of mind. El trato del personal fue de excelencia desde Paola la Front Desk y todos los que en esa área trabajaron, los de seguridad, los de limpieza y los de la Terraza, todos amables y excelentes personas y servicio de calidad. Me volvería a quedar allí si regreso y los recomiendo…

This property absolutely exceeded our expectations for our visit to Medellín. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff and rooftop bar staff were amazing!!! The property was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The location is great! This place is a gem!

Everything was 10/10. If you are looking for a place to stay at Medellin this hotel is one of the best options, from the bar at the lobby, the rooftop to the amazing rooms. Also, very friendly staff.
