We had a great stay that it was hard to leave!
The only issue we had was our window wouldn’t lock and the door to our room had an issue, so you had to lift it almost when you wanted to close it. The shower curtain also wasn’t long enough so water came out of it.
Also at checkout they go up and check your room as you give your key in, not a big issue but just something to bare in mind if you have a car or taxi waiting.
The shower was lovely and nice and warm, just bare in mind toward the end of the day the hot water starts to run out if they have a full hotel.
The view from the roof is beyond stunning and the staff are very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely overall.

I had a pleasant stay here. Spacious room with everything I needed. Always very friendly and accommodating staff. Good location. Will definitely look to stay here again my next time in Medellin.
