Landmark Hotel

Después de mucho buscar un hotel para hospedar a los invitados que venían a nuestra boda desde Europa, decidimos quedarnos con Landmark, y sin duda fue una de las mejores decisiones que tomamos. Desde el primer momento, Celina se encargó de hacernos sentir como en casa, tanto a nosotros, los novios, como a nuestros amigos. Cuidaron cada detalle para asegurarse de que esta fecha fuera inolvidable, incluso sorprendiéndonos con un regalito el día de nuestra boda. La calidad de las habitaciones, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal, la vista desde la terraza y los desayunos... Todo fue simplemente perfecto. Nuestros invitados quedaron encantados, y yo me sentí muy orgullosa de mi elección y de que mis amigos pudieran experimentar de primera mano la calidad y calidez que caracteriza a Medellín. Gracias por ser parte de este momento tan especial. ¡Esperamos regresar muy pronto!

Bij aankomst denk je wauw, dit is een luxe hotel met relatief jong publiek. Dat bleek te kloppen. Wij hebben het hier heel fijn gehad, receptie is erg behulpzaam, ligging is top in het rustige deel van Poblado gelukkig, en de eerste keer dat je vanuit het hotel meteen om de hoek de straat met de vele leuke en goede restaurants ziet, ben je aangenaam verrast, zo gezellig. Hotel ontbijt via een bon systeem met keuze uit 2 niet bij het hotel behorende restaurants. Zeer goed ontbijt! De advocado pancakes, zalig. Verder mooie bar op het dak met pool en paar ligstoelen. Helaas is het heel vaak bewolkt of smog, luchtvervuiling in Medellin. Kamers, luxe maar klein ondanks dat wij 2 etages hadden wat niet handig was. Let op bedden zijn standaard klein, 150x190. Dat is eigenlijk mijn enige minpuntje. Hotel is 2,5 jaar oud en heeft 85 kamers.

If you fall prey to the online sponsorship of this hotel you will be met with not one but a series of disappointments, not to say the least is the horrendous atmosphere. First, the hotel failed to alert us that the swimming pool was being repaired while we stayed and only when we mentioned our wish to cancel did they upgrade us to an extremely dangerous room with a loft. And that is the second point. The hotel is built on a hill that overlooks nasty surrounding construction without secrecy or privacy partitions. So the neighborhood can see inside the hotel and there is no privacy. Third the “upgraded” rooms have 45 degree, no joke, staircase that is unprotected by two sets of rails. If you fall, you can easily break a bone or worse, fall out the balcony and break the glass. Fourth, the restaurant has atrocious food, and they don’t even know it. I had the chicken pasta only to find crumbled Cheetos in the mix. Yes. Cheetos. And when I substituted the burger, they gave me one McDonald’s size patty for $15.00 US dollars. I mean. The nerve they have to serve that food. And last but not least. Be careful doing business or employee recruiting on the premises. If you bring anyone. I mean if you took anyone to your room (not overnight) just temporarily they will charge you CP 400,000.00 which is the equivalent of $100.00. And they will insult you and your guest by unfairly and inappropriately citing the “sexual exploitation” policy in front of your guest. Yes. We lost recruiting a new receptionist this way. And by the way they don’t have a business center to do business. I guess it’s just a scheme to force you into the restaurant to do business and consume their paltry food. And if you don’t then they charge another $100 bucks if you do business in your room, so their pockets get far. Stay away from this dump. It’s not a family hotel or a business hotel. It’s just a gimmick in my opinion.

Un hotel elegante, cómodo y limpio. Los desayunos espectaculares y variados. Todo su personal muy amables. Ayudaron a nuestra familia a solicitar Taxis, Comida etc. Sus cuartos son muy bonitos y su mantenimiento limpio. Pudimos utilizar la lavandería sin problemas gratuitos. Aunque no está en una ubicación en el poblado tiene áreas de restaurantes caminando. Perdí mi aro de matrimonio en la habitación y el hotel se comunicó para la entrega. Súper 👍🏽 Su barra de la piscina y el chico que la atiende 100💪🏽‼️

Situé dans le quartier de Manila entouré de nombreux restaurants. Les défauts : les chambres sont petites même la superior que nous avions prises, air conditionné trop puissant et bruyant et surtout l'insonorisation est catastrophique. Les plus : des chambres bien conçues malgré leur taille, des tarifs raisonnables (dans une ville oû l'hôtellerie est très chére alors qu'il n'y a rien à faire sauf pour les fans de Botero ou d'Escobar) et surtout une équipe dynamique qui vous aidera dans votre voyage en cas de nécessité (il y a en plus une agence de voyage dans l'hôtel). Nous n'avons pas esseyé la piscine.
