卡里比亚酒店位于棉兰老城区克萨万附近，步行即可轻松游览周边景点。酒店周围还有许多特色咖啡馆。如果您在周末入住，可以前往距离酒店仅 5-10 分钟步行路程的独立日步行街 (Merdeka Walk) 参加无车日活动。步入酒店大堂，扑面而来的怡人香气营造出奢华的氛围。早餐种类丰富，以印尼特色菜肴为主。唯一的不足之处是酒店没有智能电视。因此，如果您计划享受宅度假，只想待在酒店里，这里可能不太理想，因为娱乐设施不多；没有游泳池，也没有智能电视。

Comfortable Stay. Near everything, shopping mall, groceries, restaurant, temple. The staff is polite and kind. If you bring your own car, the staff will help you also so dont worry. Breakfast also good not perfect but good :D

Good location , beside is lotte mall easier look for restaurants! Near Medan city railways station if you came from airport , walk only 10min !

定了3間同樣房型，兩間稍大一點有地毯，另一間簡直跟國內八九十一晚的賓館沒啥區別，又小，又吵，洗手盆下水道壞的，空調製冷垃圾，吹風機壞的，這麼多東西壞的我要求換房，但酒店方面叫人來修了，但我花了同樣的錢卻分到了那麼垃圾的房間，要求換到跟另外兩間一樣配置的就不給，氣死了

The hotel isn’t in a bad location close to shopping mall. The only bad thing is that when I checked in, they gave me a smoking room and I requested a non-smoking room, but I did check in very late early hours in the morning but did change my room on my request. I was disappointed. I did ask reception if I had breakfast included, which I did booked and she said no and when I checked again on my second night, I did have breakfast. I was disappointed. I miss breakfast on my first day. 

在印尼要找安全，乾淨，容易上下車的酒店，對我來説很重要，所以我很滿意很乾凈，我要求房間要靠近電梯每次都會安排給我。 很貼心的會WhatsApp 我要不要make up room，因為擔心員工打擾我在休息，如果叫grab food 還可以拿去房間給你，每次去都會住這裏

There is a shopping complex Centerpoint close by with many restaurants. Medan Station to the airport is also nearby, quit convenient. I used to stay at a hotel in the airport for a long time, but the price gone up and the number of restaurants is limited, so I think I will stay here from now on.

Hotel near to mall

First time staying at this hotel. Great counter service, staff was able to converse in English. Room was clean and toiletries were refilled every day. No complaints at all. Super close to the main train station which connects directly to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0630 to 1000. Every day's menu is different. One slight downside is that the dishes are labelled in Bahasa Indonesian, so you might need some help if you really want to know what the dishes are served. At 0700, the buffet starts the live omelette station and noodle station. Housekeeping is done every day. Linens are clean, no smell, towels are also very clean. Good job to the hotel. Would recommend all types of travellers to stay.

Pleasant Stay with Great Location, But Room Needs Some Improvements The hotel is in a strategic location — very easy to access shopping malls and local attractions such as Jalan Semarang (great street food!), the train station to Kualanamu Airport. The lobby is cozy, and the front desk staff are welcoming and fluent in English, which made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of local dishes such as lontong sayur, porridge, local snacks, toast, and a limited salad bar. There’s also a coffee machine available. I really appreciated the beautiful hotel corridors — has different wallpaper colors and soft carpets, which create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. However, the room itself could use some upgrades. The furniture, especially the wardrobe, felt damp and outdated. The mattress was saggy and uncomfortable, and the standing shower flooded easily during use. It would also be helpful to have a proper dressing table or at least a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The lighting in the room was too dim for makeup or grooming. Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place to stay, but a few updates in the rooms would greatly enhance the experience.

Nice hotel and near train station. Many variety of the breakfast buffet.
