The property is private, and the guests and those in their party will have access to the grounds surrounding the pond, beach access to the Mad River bank, and access to the picnic table and bluffs overlooking the pacific ocean. Guests will also have access to the locked garage where some supplies and the bbq will be stored during your stay.Other things to noteDue to the rural area surrounding the house, we were not able to get high speed internet, but we do have good wifi, with a download speed of 27 Mbps. We ask that you limit excessive use of streaming and other types of scenarios that may drain our 350 gb a month plan. We also do not guarantee free firewood during your stay.
