First of all, the desk agent, Ebony was delightful. Pleasant, friendly and efficient, she gave a great overview of hotel benefits and options. I have a significant issue with the $100 incidental policy. I have no issue with the holding the charge until checkout, but to hold the money for 5-10 days before having it returned to the credit card is ridiculous. The policy is of course declared at time of reservation and check-in, so I was aware of it, but I object non-the-less. Room is serviceable and clean. Walls are a little thin, could overhear noise from nearby rooms. The refrigerator doesn’t have a freezer, was barely cold and could not be adjusted to keep refrigerated goods cold.
