The room were clean. The staff polite and very helpful. I called the front desk because of a problem with the TV. The person had help there in 5 minutes.

The management is so unhelpful. I slipped and fell in the lobby and there was no wet floor sign out or any type of warning. All management could say is "we didn't know the floor was wet. We don't what to do." I had to file a complaint with parent company. How do you as a manager not know what type of protocols are in place for accidents at your property that may lead to personal injury? Not to mention housekeeping never came until after I checked out, my key card kept deactivating, and the carpet/furnishings looked old! Next time you're looking at this place, find an extra 30 bucks and just go to the Hampton!

Nice hotel, however… Room looked great but incredibly musty smell. On morning of checkout, I received an email asking when I would be checking out, I said 10:15. 8:45am, housekeeping was knocking on our door despite the do not disturb sign.

I love everything it was wonderful booking the next with my family again, the food was good walk in and seen a pool ready to also try that out with family & friends. Book the stay you want be disappointed all smiles peeps my crew love it very much it’s all love ❤️

The room was clean with plenty of towels and everything worked. The desk clerk was amazing. Friendly and safe place to stay. We will stay here again, love this place everything in this hotel was amazing . Air conditioner works plenty of toiletries, Conveniently located ice machine.

This is my place when I’m traveling thru here, which is once a month. The staff is very friendly and calls me by my name when I arrive to check in. The rooms a big and roomy and the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in any hotel I’ve stayed. Get started , after that good sleep with a hot breakfast and your good to go,

Being an Operations Manager for a different hotel chain it’s refreshing to see how very professional the staff was and cleanliness of the room and property overall… I made this reservation back in January and call a few times to ask different questions and always received great customer service… I definitely would recommend this property and will be back anytime I come to visit my family in Mississippi.
