阿什伯恩飯店(Ashbourne Hazyview)

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Ashbourne Country Escape, um vor und nach dem Besuch des Kruger N.P. zu übernachten und uns vom langen Flug oder der anstrengenden Safari zu erholen. Von den wundervollen Gastgebern wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und mit aktuellen Tipps versorgt. Die Zimmer waren blitzsauber und mit allem was wir benötigten eingerichtet. Dazu gab es noch ein mit viel Liebe zubereitetes und serviertes Frühstück. Wir haben uns hier, in mitten der Natur, sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auch bei unserem nächsten Besuch im Kruger N.P. hierher zurückkehren. Dann werden wir auch das vielversprechende Dinner in der Unterkunft in Anspruch nehmen. Davon hatten wir leider zu spät erfahren.

Un B&B caché mais qui mérite d’être découvert ! Lieu magnifique, où l’on peut admirer de superbes couchers de soleil en sirotant un bon verre de vin au bord de la piscine avec un bar en « self service » où on note ses consommations sur un tableau ! Et on a tellement aimé que l’on s’est levés à 6h pour ne pas rater le lever de soleil… toute l’équipe est très sympathique et le propriétaire, Rob, nous a donné de très bons conseils pour organiser notre programme (route panoramique, Graskop lift, elephant Whispers pour tout apprendre sur ces beaux animaux). Des petits déjeuners et un dîner très bons, avec un personnel très gentil !

Posto veramente stupendo, immerso nella natura, tanta pace e tranquillità. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, gentilissimo e soprattutto disponibile anche a consigliare percorsi e luoghi nei dintorni da visitare. Il cottage assegnato pulito, molto ampio e comodo. La cucina è buonissima. La cuoca, Tabi, merita veramente una recensione a sé. Colazioni e cene preparate con ingredienti locali e cucinati con una semplicità, ma cura impeccabile, così come il servizio.

Calme absolu, accueil parfait, chambre de rêve, vue magnifique….beau, classe, impeccable bref un séjour idyllique. Merci à Rob et à son équipe pour leur gentillesse et leurs bons conseils de visite aux alentours.

We had a fantastique experience over here. The staff was very friendly, the food just GREAT and the location TOP. I recommend this address to,everybody! Our kids loved the 2 swimming pools and we enjoyed the great sights. The owner help us also with some nice activities and addresses for lunch.

From the time we arrived, to the day we checked in we were treated like royalty. The accommodation is absolutely breathtaking. The service absolutely exceptional. Ashbourne Country Escape is the perfect escape to take a break, recharge and breath in fresh air. Rob and his team have mastered the art of hospitality and treating people with kindness and making everyone feel special. We can't wait to go back over and over again. I would highly recommend this beautiful place. The views are stunning and uninterrupted. The food delicious. Words can't explain Ashbourne, it is an absolute EXPERIENCE. It breaths life into your soul. We can't thank Rob, Charles, the Chef and the amazing ladies that cleaned our room daily. Please go see this place for yourself.

We had arrived at the hotel everything was normal until they showed us our room. It was dirty and there was a bird in our room so we had to bring it outside, we let it slide. But later that day, after dinner, we found a frog jumping around the room, so, again, we had to bring it back outside. Then before sleeping we found a lizard and a spider crawling around our room.

The owners are very friendly and help you with any and everything. They have been in the area for decades. The breakfast and dinner options were 5 star and the service was amazing. The location and views are simply stunning.
