"Just returned from our Trip to Mbale that was fully customized by The spot Hotel. Everything was on plan, Emma acted very professional in selecting and organizing our rooms for a our stay at the Hotel. Early morning we had a mouth watering breakfast at the Spot Cafe with breathtaking views to the city. I really must say it was so delicious. Their accommodation is so unmatched well with fully furnished rooms, very spacious with WI-FI. Security wasn't nothing to worry about our Valuables. I would surely Highly recommend The spot Hotel for a stay in Mbale City."

"Stayed in this lovely situated hotel for 5 nights. Spacious, tidy and well-equipped rooms. With free WiFi, minibar, hairdryer, rain shower with cold & hot running water. Besides that, I really enjoyed the extensive breakfast-buffet and dinner-a-la-carte-menu, the ever-smiling service-staff, the shady tropical garden and the full-size swimming-pool. All in all a truly recommended place to stay and a perfect base to explore the Mt. Elgon region, with all its natural hidden gems…"

"The hotel customer service was excellent, we are Ugandans and love purr local food, the food was excellent. The hotel room was very basic, did not meet our expectations of a 'delux' room. There was no where to unpack and hang clothes, no waste bin, only one chair in the room. However all in all it was a functional room. The tour guide Joel was excellent going above and beyond to make our hike and tour of Sipi falls memorable."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Emperor’s Motel, Mbale. The customer care was extremely poor, and the service was unnecessarily delayed. Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. Instead of promptly getting our room key, she kept attending to other tasks and ignored our requests. When we finally got her attention, she spoke rudely and showed no professionalism or courtesy. It felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. For the rates they charge, I expected much better service. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer care."
