Muy buena zona, excelente servicio, solo se me hace que debería haber más variedad en las restaurantes a la carta.

Me gutso que esta ubicado en una area accessible donde todo queda serca,, no me gusto que no tienen activities para personas mas jovenes, solo para ya adultos mayores.. y que no ponen mas hambiente.. musica etc. El personal todos muy amables.

Me gusto la comida tienen buena variedad y muy rica comida Los meseros sobretodo en la alberca son selectivos no te atienden cuando les pides un servicio prefieren vender botellas de tequila si no les compras te ignoran el restaurante japonés el mesero le pedí agua 4 veces y solo había 4 mesas más no se me hizo justo le pedí postre trajo el equivocado no se que le pasó

Lo que no me gusto es que teníamos la reserva en El Cid Moro y nos mandaron al Cid Marina porque estaba sobre vendido, El Cid Marina es espectacular y es sobre quien hice la evaluación esta vez quería estar en Cid Moro ya antes había está en Marina. Si reservas en Moro y pasa eso te sabe agridulce y más cuando se trata de complacer a tus hijos pues querían en Moro. Debería la Gerencia estar atento a esto Yo al menos esperaría que me avisaran antes y no al momento de llegar al check in. Muy mal del Moro así que tengan cuidado con sus reservas.

No servia el aire ac de la habitacion y mucho ruido exterior no se podia descanzar orrible experiencia

Room was facing North #1829 Cold, No Sun at all! Plus the Nightclub from 10 pm to 4 am everynight ( Boom Boom music) No sleep! Horrible Internet for $50 US Drops every few Seconds😞 Check your Charges CLOSELY before paying your Bill….

Good hotel very clean. Easy access to transportation such as taxi and bus service. Staff very pleasant. Regret will never stay here again or at the other adjoining El Cid properties! The 2 night clubs across the street ruined our stay here. The nightclubs were EXTREMELY NOISY!! They start between 8pm & 10pm depending on the days. THEY DO NOT STOP UNTIL 4a.m. We tried to change our room 3 times but no success. Probably due to maximum reservations as it was getting close to spring break & Easter. There is supposedly a “quiet” side but cannot say for sure as we were not allowed to see a different room even though we were promised at check in. There are quieter rooms but we were told they only had double beds in them. The rooms overlooking the nightclubs were the rooms with King beds. The hotel didn’t have any queen beds. Service in the dining room was very slow for a-la-carte service! We didn’t buy all inclusive as it was buffet only. Only one dining room & bufet was too expensive. $450 pesos per person breakfast & $750 pesos per person evening. We could eat breakfast for about $600 pesos total for us as a couple - much less than $900 pesos for us as a couple. We tried supper once & sevice was not good. They expect everyone will use the buffet. I tried to order 1 glass of wine with my supper but was told they only sold by the bottle! After much insistence they finally gave me 1 glass. Number 1 reason we will never come back is the noise from the 2 night clubs to 4 a.m.

I had a nice stayed, everyone was helpful and made my stay better... The hotel need some renovations, it looks old...
