"只是因爲時間不夠 兩晚才預定下午去阿爾斯山做好美麗的遊覽,晚上在餐廳吃得最好,餐是豐富的,我們曾經在最好的裏索或凱撒沙拉上和後面的子,第二天晚上,有個漢堡按家種類,很少做好準備,味道很好,雖然我們不是漢堡的明白的粉絲。之後莫扎特宮,很不錯。和絲很尊敬。服務友好,熟練,先前。早餐布ffet不錯,給大家吃點東西,有提羅爾的。在餐前在 Spa,沙,屋頂池裏很放鬆。很滿意!"

The food looks very good, but the taste is average. The service is really hit and miss. On the first day, a very friendly and attentive waitress, but on the second day, unfortunately, the complete opposite. The rooms are okay; the older part is quite dated, but clean."

"Spent a week here Feb half term with our sons (19 and 17). Rooms 218 and 219. Loved this hotel. Great breakfast. Very comfortable bed and spacious room and balcony. Fantastic spa and pool area for relaxing at the end of the day. Ski hire and boot room convenient, warm and spacious. Restaurant excellent (book in advance though). Brilliant restaurant choice in Mayrhofen generally so it was great to only be bed and breakfast so that we could get out in the evenings. We stayed at Strass previously which is also excellent and better located for the Penken lift, but for us Mannis is better as the the pool area is a bit more for the grown ups rather than being full of children and we preferred the food at Mannis. Crystal website says that it is a 2 minute walk to Penken - it is at least 5 minutes in your ski boots. My quickest time was 7 minutes. Not a huge issue but don't be misled into thinking that the Penken lift is on your doorstep. You can take the bus outside the hotel to Ahorn lift (only a few minutes drive) which we only found out on the last day. It was a great lift and ski area and we will definitely go there next year. We have already booked Mannis for the four of us to return next February half term we loved it so much."

"This place is a true gem situated 1 min from Mayrhofen HBF station and 80 mtrs from the ski buses which cover the Zillertal area. The owners and staff are a great team who can’t do enough to make your stay such a great experience. The place is immaculate and the gym and sauna are an added bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and set us up for a day on the slopes. They have various types of accommodation from couples to large families and some with self catering facilities. We loved this place and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Excellent, thank you the Moigg family🍺"

"New and very high quality apartments, good breakfast and comfy beds. Family owned and vey friendly staff. The location is good: only a few minutes walk from the ski lift and Mayhofen center. Supermarket is just down the road. We had half board included, which was in a nearby hotel, but it was not worth it. The food was mediocre, the drinks exceptionally expensive and the was not enough staff. Furthermore you come back with a smell of food in your clothes."

"We were a large family of 15 and stayed in the chalet royal part the week before Christmas. It was plenty big enough for us all and almost all rooms had a sink which made life a bit nicer. The wellness area is interesting and probably didn’t get the use it should have. The lounge and kitchen are separate and probably not quite big enough for us all, and was slightly more noticeable as they are separate rooms. It wasn’t a deal breaker though. You get your steps up as it is over 4 levels. The location is excellent. So close to gondola and town. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk. Really well positioned. Martin was a great host also, and very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we had the same sized group."
