Not being familiar with the roads, the street was hard to find (for me) to turn on to the Hotel. That is my only neg. reaction...getting to the hotel.

Every thing was good till my husband slipped and fell in the bathroom because the bottom of the toilet was leaking.

Room was great

Room had an interesting odor & Had a full- used up Damp Rid container sitting on the AC- the water pressure was fairly weak- shower & tub faucet have drips. Beds have those crappy plastic mattress covers that make them hot & noisy. Staff would hide in back & when white button was pushed- sometimes would come out after their conversations were finished or if another employee happened to see someone at the front desk & would go on back to let someone know. BreaKfast was good-

This location was under construction. No carpets in the hallways. Room had sticky floors. Manager said they only had one person on staff the day before to clean rooms. Manager mopped the floor herself. Price was right for the construction and room damage that was present. Comfortable and clean beds. Waffle house, McDonald's, and Razorback pizza are within walking distance.

It's a really cute hotel, loved the area, very friendly staff, in the room was perfect except the air freshener spilled behind the TV and the smell was overwhelming..not the fault of anyone it just happened. The room #110 is on the hall and I'd say ask for another room as you get alot of the noise from hall traffic...other than that I'd stay there again..the price matched the hotel...very pleasant stay..

My stay was great until the overnight front desk person gave another guest access to my room at 12:20AM.

The room was clean and comfortable. Will likely stay again in the future. The continental breakfast was outstanding.
