While the villa is in a private community, guests and residents have exclusive access to The Placencia, an internationally recognized beachfront resort, located just across the main road with a gorgeous pool, over-the-water restaurant, fitness center, and super yacht marina! Access to all resort amenities are included with the villa. The resort is absolute beachfront with a gorgeous white sandy beach leading into the Caribbean. It is located on a calm, shallow bay perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. It has the largest swimming pool in Belize, complete with a swim up tiki bar! It also offers excellent restaurants, including fine dining over the water, and many other nearby options. The resort offers full concierge services for booking all the must-see tours and adventures, and a boat and captain are on site and ready to take you fishing or snorkeling. During your stay, you’ll have access to free bicycles, kayaks, standup paddle boards, and beach volleyball to enjoy the lush grounds and turquoise ocean.
