The room was spotless and very roomy! What stood out was the bartender Sabrina! Every night durung happy hour, she was professional, funny, never seen her sweat and she had a rude and disrespectful customer, but handled her with kindness and professionalism. She could have not served this woman, but she did! She cleaned tables and ran orders to rooms, it was a lot and she was cool as a fan! Thank you Sabrina for making my stay even better. Kristi at the frint desk was very helpful and reassurung that my bill was paid in full! I hope to come back!! Thank you!

Our room was clean, the woman who checked us in was great! Unfortunately it was New Years Eve wr had to travel and there was a lot of loud noise from the large dinning area late at night. A lot of noise. But again it was New Years Eve so we turned rhe TV on for white noise in background. Property is clean a d safe.

As a business traveler, I have stayed at a few Embassy Suites across the USA. This one was, by far, below the standards I’ve come to appreciate from Hilton. The staff was very difficult. I wanted to order food. The online method was not working. I talked to the front desk. They told me to talk to the bartender. The bartender told me to talk to the front desk. I worked through the bartender to finally get an order in. In the 50 minutes I was at the bar waiting for my food, she was there 10 minutes total to serve one drink. Otherwise, she was sitting at the tables talking to her boyfriend or out right gone! Then, the A/C fan sounded like I was ready to launch to Mars! So loud. In the public areas, there was torn and peeling wallpaper. We did take advantage of the board games from the front counter, so a bit of good from the front counter. That was fun and a nice to have. Again, I love Embassy Suites, but this one feels to be lacking the appropriate leadership to deliver a great visitor experience one would expect from a Hilton property. I will continue to stay with Hilton but would never stay at Embassy Suites KCI again.

We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we had a really early flight to catch. I would say the rooms are overdue for some cosmetic updates. But the hotel worked fine for what we needed.

STAFF WAS NOT ICE WAS NOT NICE TO MY KIDS EVEN WHEN THEY SAW THEY WERE CHECKED IN WITH ME WGEN I GOT THERE, THEY ASKED MY DAUGHTERMULTIPLE TIMES IF SHE WAS DOOR DASH WHEN SHE IS ONLY 16! MY SON WAS ASKED BY STAFF IF HE WAS GOING TO PAY FOR THE DRINK , THEN I ASKED TO CHARGE TO THE ROOM NOT KNOWING, MY HUSBAND GOT YELLED AT TO COME BACK AN CHECK IN ON OUR 2ND DAY! NEVER SEEN SUCH DISORGANIZATION AN BAD BEHAVIOR ALL AT ONCE ONLY DUE TO THERE COLOR!

Room was big, clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn’t have the breakfast since we had to leave early. But the shuttle service started at 3:30. Very convenient to us.

Staff was great but the hotel is really dated. There is no hot tub as advertised and the pool is very small only going 4ft deep. Our original room door was not working and we had to switch rooms. The room had carpet that was bunched up in the center and the decor needs a facelift. The in room refrigerator had no knob to adjust the temperature (which is what they call standard) where maintenance has to be called to adjust. They charge for the bottle water in the room and have the bare minimum effort in amenities for the room. Breakfast is also bare minimum effort. Eggs, sausage patties and french toast everyday. No bacon was offered unless going to the dirty omelet station, which tasted like it was either microwaved or cooked days ago. Thank goodness we picked up some items at Walmart. Overall, staff was good breakfast was at least free, amenities advertised were not available and rooms really needing a serious overhaul. If coming back to the area, I would not stay here agian.

Room was clean, shower had good pressure. Water may be too filtered as it felt like the soap did not fully rinse off, but that is the only complaint. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great.
