Room quite small but very nice view and good food.

Schöner Aufenthalt hoch über dem Meer. Im Wild Café haben wir recht gut gegessen. Das Frühstück bot eine breite Auswahl, das beste Buffet auf unserer Rundreise. Trotz kühler Temperaturen war das Zimmer (2.Stock) leider ein bisschen zu warm.

Worst place I have ever stayed Without a doubt the very worst place I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. This hotel is a frighteningly schizophrenic mess, that is trying to be all things to all people and failing on every level. It wants to be family friendly and a place for adult escapes with a supposed tranquil relaxing environment. It doesn’t know what it wants to be and therefore ends up being a place which doesn’t cater well for anyone. When we stayed it was overrun with kids so was at times like being in a crèche rather than a tranquil escape! The room itself was an incredibly expensive pastiche of a Premier Inn with a dreadful view of a horrible car park (nothing like the images on the website). The carpet is threadbare and stained, and the decor is tired throughout. Not at all providing anything remotely worth the price and making the location irrelevant as you never see it when you are in the room. The rooms are also noisy as there is no sound proofing. You can hear footsteps from above and conversations from next door! Plus we were woken before 7am by noisy deliveries outside. The room was uncomfortably hot even though temperatures outside were unseasonably low. They don’t service rooms at all during your stay and claim it’s for sustainability reasons when it is blatantly to cut costs. Also throughout our stay, in every interaction with staff, we found them to be rude and condescending - we felt like the attitude wasn’t customer focused but treated us as if we were lucky to be there!

Happy vegans Both of us are vegan. Lots of options. Facilities are fantastic. Outdoor pools heavenly.

Great hotel but beware of bar prices! Great hotel and we had a lovely stay. All good but astonished by the bar prices. Medium glass of house rose and a pint of lager..... £17!
