Jump Street Chalets

We stayed at Jump Street chalets fours times over a month, between safaris. What a delightful, quiet property away from the hustling city of Maun. The staff was wonderful and helped us at every turn. The facilities were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast and dinners were delicious with plenty of food. In addition they offer their own activéis. We did not partake, but I definitely would have given time. I would highly recommend a stay or a place to book some adventures to explore northern Botswana.

This business runs individual chalet huts with thatched roof and central restaurant. They have one hut with small kitchenette area if you want to do your own meals. For the person not wanting to stay near the hectic downtown area this is the place to be! Nice walking paths to the seasonal river and along the city watershed reserve forest. We spent parts of several days birdwatching in these areas away from the hustle and bustle of town. The staff is excellent and the facilities, while dated, are kept spotless clean. Highly recommended!
