希爾頓歡朋飯店-托萊多南莫米(Hampton Inn Toledo-South/Maumee)

I paid for 3 queen accessible rooms and called ahead to try and get connected rooms or close together. One of us was put in a King room and the front desk clerk told me with disdain she had no idea what I paid for since I used *******, as if ******* was less than. I think they gave us broken down rooms, far from one another, because we used *******. I sat for over an hour not noticing my phone was on a broken usb and we had to troubleshoot that our elderly companion had dead batteries in her remote and then wait for them to find the batteries. I had to put up with pranksters using the hearing impaired bell for my room.

The room was small, with a tiny window, fridge awkward to get into inside a cupboard that opened the opposite direction. Bathroom had a barn door and was 1 foot away from the bed. Breakfast was not good, rubbery fried eggs, nothing to measure the waffle mix, we ate at a restaurant the second day of our stay. Definitely not a $200 a night hotel.

This is an older hotel that could use updates. While we were in the pool, someone had a bowel movement in the pool and when I alerted the front desk, they did nothing about it and the fences stayed in the pool until morning. Also, we went through 3 different tv remotes before we had one that worked. Also, the bathroom door faces the beds and was very inconvenient.

After checking out I noticed my one year old has a lot of bite marks on his back and now my daughter and I are also showing bite marks that itch. We were all fine before this stay and haven’t traveled anywhere or stayed in any other hotel. Be wary when checking in and check the mattress for bed bugs. The hot tub and pool also could have been cleaner. The water was cloudy and the hot tub felt slimy.

Too noisy and not clean. Could have been way better. Not what i expected from Hampton Inn.

I picked this property because of the nice pool and hot tub, both of which are closed. With no notice or warning.

Was “okay” but not as nice as I would have expected. There were Cheerios on the floor that we didn’t find until late evening when we returned and then we were just not in the mood to pack everything up and change rooms. (But it does make me question what else isn’t clean!) Pool was nice and breakfast was good.

It was an amazing stay. The pool and hot tub were awesome. It was the perfect place to stay after our visit to the Toledo zoo! We will definitely be back!

Perfectly fine hotel. Pet fee is triple the price of all nearby locations
