Mein Mann und ich hatten während unserer Selbstfahrer Safari im Restaurant mit tollem Ausblick hervorragend gegessen. Vorspeise Carpaccio und crispy crabs und beide Red Snapper als Hauptgang. Sehr lecker und hervorragender, freundlicher Service.

Elevado requinte e a qualidade dos materiais dos quartos e de todo o lodge em geral. A título de exemplo, o quarto inclui banheira, duche interior e duche exterior. A vista é fantástica e está situado numa praia paradisíaca, apenas frequentada por utentes do hotel ou pescadores. A qualidade das refeições é muito elevada. O lodge está desenhado para que os clientes apenas usem as instalações comuns para refeições. O frigorífico apenas mantém o conteúdo frio e não há qualquer facilidade para pequenas refeições, como preparar uma peça de fruta ou um pequeno snack. Segundo informação recolhida, os bungalows familiares dispõem de kitnet. O acesso ao lodge é através da Reserva de Maputo, com cerca de 2 horas, quase sempre em dunas.

The front desk people were rather nasty, I made a mistake on my booking and then didn’t want to help me out. It wasn’t until I got upset that they resolved it! Customer service is sadly lacking here in Moz.

Spent 3 days and 2 nights at this resort with my family in a 2 bedroom Villa. It’s about a 2 hour drive from the reserve entrance with a 4x4.If you get luck you will see an abundance of wildlife including the elephants and giraffes.Having arrived the check in was quick and welcoming.We were informed that only Mcel (local celular network provider) had any signal at the resort but free Wi-Fi was available.This was especially relieving to my 18 and 12 year olds.This ended up being a major issue,as the so called “free Wi-Fi” either didn’t work or when it did was so slow that you become super frustrated.If you need to be contactable at all times …this is not the resort for you. We stayed in Villa A1 which was a short way away from the main building.The Villa is tastefully decorated and very comfortable.It The view from the Villa over the ocean is breathtaking. The dinner and lunch menus are la carte and are changed daily as you get a chose of 2/3 starters,4/5 mains and 3/4 deserts. If what Is on the menu is not to your liking, they are more than willing to prepare something else for you.This was a very nice jester.We até all our meals from the menu and all of them were excellent!!! Breakfast on the other hand is a total let down. The bread was not fresh…so called “toaster” which is more of a bread warmer didn’t work properly and generally not much to chose from.You can have eggs or omelette done which helps to save the day. We went down to the beach after breakfast as it was extremely hot Another disappointment. 4/5 beach chairs …only 2 beach umbrellas and both were broken.No shade at all on the beach so it’s impossible to spend any time thereNo one from the resort to help out or at least offer you drinks.We were forced to leave the beach and use the main pool which is very nice.Unfortunately no pool service either unless you go to the restaurant and order your self.Generally staff are friendly but not attentive to your needs.Entertainment…0 !! Nothing at all…No games room,library,board games,beach activities.Take your own. If you are looking to just spend time doing absolutely nothing but sleeping and taking in the sun then great… Check out was a mess as they had undercharged and I had to remind them that they had not loaded our previous evenings dinner bill and breakfast.Sure they would have called me a couple of days later when they picked up the error.This is definitely a resort with 4 star accommodation and food but everything else is of 3 star standard.It could be so much better.
