I don't know if all those "suites" are equally furnished, But the layout of those could have been better designed by a 8 year old. Watching TV from Bed gives you a right hand side kink in your neck and watching from the sleeper sofa gave us a left hand side kink. The reception was underwhelming at best, (we arrived several hour early not knowing what the Check in time was.) We were told to return at 1pm only to receive a indignant look when we did. Then we were told to return at 2pm. They could easily see that we were an elderly couple over 70ties and I had trouble walking, waiting for an operation next day. No efforts were made to accomodate us. The Kitchenette was a joke, Pots and pans were placed so high in the cabinet that you would have to be 7ft tall to reach them. Luxury ???----Phhhh!!! Was nice staying there , room must have been recently renovated. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was a little lacking , Canadian bacon and eggs, waffle maker and a few other cold options . But hey it’s included ! Very happy to stay there .

The room smells horrible. Part of the tv screen doesn’t work. And a dirty old couch from the 70s in the corner looks pretty gross.

Called to say i would be checking in around 5pm and was told when i called my room was canceled by *******, yet when i called ******* they said it wasn't. I was so upset because i had to find a new place to stay as i need a place to sleep with young children, since i already arrived in the area. Beyond disgusted with the hotel but ******* did refund me back.

The room was not clean light bulbs were burned out and not replaced when I asked. When I asked for a late check out I was told I could not be accommodated for an hour.

This was an overnight stay for a wake and funeral. It was convenient to the funeral home and there was a 99 restaurant right there. Breakfast in the morning was fine.

The staff was outstanding! The front desk person could not have been more pleasant as was the case with the gentleman who managed the breakfast. My only complaint is that my bathroom had an intense odor of urine that made my stay less than great. Also, I did not realize that I had booked a handicapped accessible room. I try not to do this as a rule because I am not handicapped and believe these spaces should remain available for people who are. I did ask if my room could be switched and was told that the hotel was fully booked. I can't help but wonder if someone else had been booked in my room and asked for the switch because of the strong odor in the bathroom. Because I checked in late my room was switched.

We chose this hotel which was an emergency situation because of an impending storm; my home is surrounded by large trees. I could have stayed 15 minutes from home for the same price but this being a sweet it felt like it would be more comfortable for my family. The staff was fantastic the issue was comfort. First the heat was relentless and extremely drying to the point where we had to actually open a window because of nose bleeds because it was so dry. I'm not by any stretch a small guy but I am also not humongous. 240 lb. Both queen beds that were there were impossible for me to get comfortable on. All I could feel was coil springs. I even tried the chair in the corner of the room and it was actually somewhat more comfortable than the bed was. But needless to say my reason for leaving my home was so that I didn't have to stress out and could get a night's sleep but instead that didn't happen. I don't fault anyone per se all I can tell you is unless you're a child or extremely petite you're not going to be comfortable at least in the room that I was in. Sorry that's just my honest take.
