Disappointed that the guests has to request housekeeping every day of our stay. It is not automatic. Good days are gone. It is sad that the guests have to take of the trash and towels. The room needs to be vacuumed every day for cleanliness/health (COVID is still here). For the price the guests have to pay for hotel room, it is sad to see less than average service.The breakfast was dsappointing, tooo.

We had booked this hotel specifically because it came up on the ********** search as having a hot tub. They don't. Also the pool is seasonal, so they didn't have that either in early Sept. Not sure if this is ********** or Hilton, but either way, don't go there if you are hoping for hot tub/pool. Also mattress was way too firm for me. Otherwise clean, staff did their best and breakfast had real food options, which was nice.

Stayed for a week, we usually stay closer to the cape, but... Anyway, the pros :very friendly staff, clean & quiet room, pool, and breakfast. The cons: very uncomfortable bed, it really kind of ruined the whole visit for me, breakfast was kind of so-so, but my grand daughter liked it. The room layout was good and my wife liked having the desk and wardrobe where it was. We brought an inflatable mattress for our grand daughter, she had the most comfortable bed in the room! There is a small work out area if you need it.

I would not stay here again. The sheets were good quality and clean and the rooms have refrigerators. However, this is the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at. The condition of the property is poor. They gave me the handicap room which may lack furniture and bathroom counter space that other rooms have. The floor in the bathroom was very dirty. The windows don't open so humidity is a major problem.

The staff was friendly. Housekeeping neglected to clean/refresh my room while I was out, which was unfortunate. Nick, the front desk clerk at the time, was so helpful! I called the front desk to let them know about the error, but unfortunately, all housekeepers had already left for the day. Nick came and changed the bedding, as well as replaced all the towels, and emptied trash himself. He also brought complimentary water and snacks for the inconvenience. He truly went above & beyond in rectifying the situation, and made my stay a more enjoyable experience.

The staff was amazing. The food was delicious. The place and rooms were clean. The only reason I did not enjoy it to the fullest is because ******* has the wrong description under king size/sofa bed non smoking room. ******* wrote that the bedroom was separate. We booked it for a family of 5. My husband and I were supposed to be in the bedroom and the girls in a sofa bed and a roll away cot. Except, when we got there, we found out that ******* LIED about the room and it was one room with a king size and a sofa bed. The staff did give us a roll out cot. ******* customer service kept trying to blame me for the misunderstanding even though the description totally said that it was a separate bedroom. The hotel couldn’t help because I booked it through *******. My advice: you can stay at this hotel but book with them directly. ******* refused to take ownership of the mistake. They eventually offered me 75 dollars discount for a future trip. That did not help us in this trip. Needless to say, I would never book through ******* again.
