Chamara and his team ensured every need of ours was taken care of - from cycles, to day trips, to even getting us a room at immediate notice at a sister location when we misbooked ! The rooms are massive, the bed linen of softest cotton, the pool is perfect with the ocean waves in the background, but it’s Chamaras charm that sealed the deal for us! P.S. Do invest in some more towels! 😊

Family run with the owners making sure all is good gives the feeling of being at home . All newly and perfectly done with spacious rooms. Staff are helpful and nice . There is a musical program every night with a local singer and band. The food is good with the option of wood oven pizza or nice curries. Children liked the pizzz and waffles. The pool is great . The beach is like other beaches in the area short sand then fine rock. We went to the whale watching and swimming with turtles both good activities.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Amaloh. Très bel demeure, nous avons aimé son style un peu colonial. Grande et belle piscine sur un parc magnifique. Nous avions une chambre dans l'hôtel principal, très grande et belle chambre avec balcon et vue sur la piscine et sur la mer. C'est un endroit très calme et reposant. Par contre pas de plage, des cailloux et pas très attirant pour s'y baigner mais à 2mn à pieds de polhena où il y a des petits restaurants sympathiques sur les plages. Nous avons loué un scooter à l'hôtel. Personnel très agréable et surtout un grand merci à Yasintha qui a été adorable et qui s'est bien occupé de nous pendant notre séjour et toujours prêt à rendre service.

We stayed for 2days in amaloh. Staff is very nice and food is also delicious. Room also very clean. Very nice calm and quiet place to stay. Staff is very helpful and understanding. very nice pool and big space to relax

It was an amazing experience with a nice weekend stay. Spacious and comfortable rooms with beach view, nice swimming pool with Infiniti view, good local food, and friendly staff. There is a nice beachside deck where u can have a drink while enjoying the evening sea breeze. Big enough grass patches to play some outdoor games and we can kayak are available for some extra amount to have a ride in the shallow water. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They attend to each and every request of the guests without any hesitation.

We arrived (couple +1) for two weeks at Amaloh Boutique Resort after booking here and did not really know what to expect. Our stay at the hotel was out of the ordinary. The staff was amazing to us, every request, every problem they were always available and pleasant. The hotel is quiet and clean and the large pool is always clean and inviting. Our room was cozy and large. We have no doubt at all that if we return to Sri Lanka, we will return to Amlo Boutique Resort. On this occasion we wanted to say thank you to all the stuff for the effort to make this stay in heaven even more luxurious!
