Stayed here at the end of October 24, On arrival we were shown to our room in the “ newer part “ of the hotel. This is the two story extension at the rear. . First issue, there is no lift. Receptionist offered to carry the cases up to our room but as the case weighs more than she does I did the right thing and took them up. Communal areas of this part of the accommodation are very clean as seen in the promotional photos on their website and Jet2’s The room was large and bright but extremely clinical and 90’s IKEA. One floor to ceiling double wardrobe, two single beds pushed together, no drawers for storage. Open shelves for your bits and bobs. Tiny fridge with one bottle of water and one beer. Tea bags, coffee packs, sugar no milk! You have to ask at reception if you want some. Look closer and you’ll see missing plaster, bare wires where lights are missing in the bathroom and on the balcony. Shower head full of lime scale, dirty broken plugs in the sink and shower. Tiny shower, bend down to wash anything low and you’ll turn the shower off with your bum! Pool view if you look closely between the branches of the trees but it’s more entertaining watching the scaffolding going up and the builders digging on the two projects opposite. NOISIEST PLACE YOU WILL EVER STAY UNLESS YOU LIVE NEAR HEATHROW! Set between two roads, where every car runs over the loose drain cover, the builders start at seven, the supermarket starts opening at 4.30am and the council dig the road up and use wacker plates at 2.00am to fill in the holes. Breakfast anyone? Cold eggs with cold rubbery bacon and cold sausage or a salad of lettuce, beetroot cold, mushrooms, strange cold beans and sliced cheese. Poor selection not upto the star review dreamt up for the restaurant. It’s not that difficult to provide enjoyable food. Evening meal selection is made at breakfast, large starter, small main with one vegetable and cake or ice cream for dessert. Very uninspiring, tasteless and bland. The staff did try and cater for you if you didn’t want anything off your menu but the solution seems to be a salad which apparently is just lettuce with tomato or a plate of cheese. Very rushed service, one dish away and then another immediately on the table. Stay somewhere else with a sea view and nearer the main towns and have a wonderful holiday experience,

Nous étions un groupe de 30 personnes pour y séjourner 4 nuits afin de visiter sorrente, capri, ischia et la cote amalfitaine. Lieu bien situé, trés bon accueil, établissement trés correct à l'intérieur, chambre correct, bonne literie, un petit déjeuner avec un grand choix et le diner trés raffiné et copieux avec le choix de l'entrée et du plat principal et un personnel au petit soin. Bref je recommande cet établissement

Buon pomeriggio ai proprietari dell'hotel Sant'Agata, ringraziando innanzitutto tutta la famiglia per l'impegno discreto, ma presente ,attento e cordiale sia nell'accoglienza ,sia nel corso della permanenza. L'albergo è ottimamente curato , gestito, sia nella pulizia ,che nella biancheria ,che nella cucina ,nel bar e nella piscina. Comodo e capiente anche il parcheggio. È situato in una parte della deliziosa Sant'Agata, per quanto praticamente in centro, che garantisce al contempo tranquillità e serenità per godere dei colori e degli odori di questa parte della penisola sorrentina,amena e splendente. Grazie ancora dello splendido soggiorno, io e mio marito ne serberemo un bellissimo ricordo, con la speranza di poter presto ritornare. Carmen Longo

Albergo situato in una posizione strategica, ottimo per ogni tipo di escursione. Camere molto confortevoli, arredate con gusto. Impeccabile la pulizia delle camere e di tutto il complesso alberghiero. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Da provare le proposte culinarie dello chef.

Les repas étaient excellents.Les chambres pas très grandes et une cabine douche très petite,peut mieux faire coté chambre.Personnel pour les repas au top,et nourriture bonne et copieuse.Hotel bien placé dans la ville.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at this amazing hotel. The staff and owners go above and beyond. Everywhere was so clean and we had a lovely room that was recently renovated. Loved the food and Gian Luigi, Carla and Anna took such good care of us in the restaurant. What I really loved was the fact that you could go and get a sun bed by the pool at any time of the day! My husband was thrilled by the garage filled with the Vespas and Fiats. We booked a couple of trips through the hotel which were much cheaper than Jet 2. Highly recommend the little Blue Train tour and using the train to get to Pompeii. Great cheap bus service to Sorrento for 1.50 each way and we enjoyed the beautiful views. The village itself was fantastic with plenty of great bars to enjoy a drink or too, especially enjoyed Orlando bar. There was a supermarket next door but one to the hotel m. We stayed for 7 days and found all the other guests really friendly. The only downside with this hotel was that we didn’t stay long enough! I don’t normally want to spend time in the same place as I want to see more of the world but I am already looking at booking again for next year! If you want a friendly hotel with great food in a lovely location then this is the perfect hotel!
