博尼塔景色同性戀度假村(Vista Bonita - Gay and Lesbian Only Resort)

Me siento como en casa! Raúl, Dorian, Manu, David, Mariola, Ajoney, y el resto que ahora no me acuerdo de todos los nombres, son maravillosos!! Te hacen que la estancia sea increíble!!! Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir tan a gusto siempre!!

El alojamiento ha superado las expectativas con creces. El bungalow, amplio y moderno, dispone de todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. Las zonas comunes muy cuidadas y el ambiente que se respira bastante amigable, haciendo que te relajes y disfrutes en todo momento. A destacar la profesionalidad y capacidad de resolución, tanto de Raúl, como de Hairo y Dorian, que gracias a ellos la experiencia ha sido 10/10. Sin duda un lugar para recomendar y al que volveremos seguro.

Que ce soit à la réception, au bar ou les femmes de chambre. Tous sont dévoués a rendre votre sejour confortable. Les espaces commun sont tres bien, bon état general. Une modernisation des chambres seraient la bienvenu autrement on se sent comme à la maison. N'hesitez pas à participer a la soiree barbecue du lundi soir, cela permet de sympathiser avec les autres clients de l'établissement.

Vista Bonita, fabuloso, el resort, instalaciones, bungalows, la restauración, pero lo mejor de todo es su personal, el trato al cliente, como hacen que te sientas en casa… increíble! Tercera vez que nos alojamos aquí y repetiremos fijo. Muchísimas gracias a todos, a Edu, Massimo, Ayose, Raul, y nuestra queridísima Mariola (y seguro que se me escapa alguien) sois todos geniales! Instalaciones excepcionales . Si quieres pasar un día o unas vacaciones tanto en pareja como en amigos es tu lugar. Comida ,bebidas, cócteles, cafés,desayunos y un trato excelente por parte de los trabajadores de vista bonita. Somos clientes habituales de la cadena mow y repetimos cada vez que tenemos la oportunidad. Si tienes la oportunidad prueba los cócteles de Ayoze, las ensaladas de Eduardo y los fantásticos cafés y desayunos de Máximo. Disfruta de la atención de Dorian,Lolo, Raúl en recepción y piensa que la calidad de la limpieza donde te alojas es gracias a Mariola, Belén y otros compañeros que hacen que tú estancia en este complejo sea una experiencia única.

Cualquier hotel/alojamiento de la cadena Mow es sinónimo de calidad, aquí además de cuidarte te miman hasta el más mínimo detalle, en concreto en el Vista Bonita (en honor a las excelentes vistas desde las terrazas y cubierta del complejo). Los bungalows están IMPOLUTOS, para ello tendrás a Mariola pendiente que esté todo reluciente, el olor a limpio es de lo más agradable. En recepción cualquier sugerencia o necesidad que tengas tanto Raúl como Dorian te atienden siempre con mucha amabilidad y si que falte una sonrisa. El menú de comidas no es muy extenso pero absolutamente todo está fresco y muy bueno. Los desayunos ESPECTACULARES! En el bar te preparan unos cócteles, ensaladas y unos cafés muy muy ricos, con decirles una sola vez cómo te gusta el café cualquiera de los camareros ya sea Ayoze, Máximo o Edu, te servirán con mucho mimo.La verdad que tendrás un trato inmejorable! We have been coming here for a number of years now and have met some lovely people and made some great friends. VB is a great place to come for a winter sun holiday, you can come any time of the year. Typically, Gran Canaria gives you lovely weather most of the year-round, the duplex apar**ents with Kitchenette are great for socialising, having one-to-one time and great for solo travellers. The apar**ents have fantastic AC which is really appreciated when the weather is extremely hot, as it was on our last few days there. It was well in the high thirties. The AC was a cooling relief. Even the cute resident cats seek refuge in our apar**ent to get away from the intense heat. Over the years we have been coming here to MOW Hotels have made a lot of great upgrades to all areas of VB. The bar staff are very friendly and helpful. The cleaners are very friendly. They even leave lovely little touches, like putting your teddy bears together on the bed. Cute! Shockingly, on our visit this time. Late September till early October 2023 the pool and Jacuzzi was over chlorinated. A number of guests and I did inform the bar staff and the receptionist. The over chlorinated water destroyed my swim wear. I and other guests sustained a few chemical burns. I and other guests did report this. When I reported this, I was informed by the receptionist to email MOW Hotel management where they sorted out the damage to the swimwear. They didn’t seem to be overly concerned about the chemical burns guest sustained. I don’t know how to describe this, but I will try. In my opinion, MOW hotels business model is to create a tasteful, lovely, friendly safe space for the LGBTQ+ community, of which I feel they have achieved. Their hotels are very welcoming, clean, tidy, very friendly and cater to the community very well. However, this year they have decided to put up a gynormous advertisement for swimwear, with more than life-like male models. I feel this isn’t meeting the business model MOW Hotels stand for. It’s really limiting the pictures I could take as the backdrop would be that massive advertisement making it challenging to take a picture. Even more challenging, this advert is the whole length of the pool. Ironically, if you were to purchase any of the advertised swimwear it would be ruined by the over chlorinated water. There is a whole range of reasons why this advertisement is wrong. Another is body positivity. Mental health is on the rise due to life pressures, social media, covid-19 recovery, global economy squeeze adding pressures on everyday living and much more. Caution ⚠️ Please be mindful when you go into the pool or Jacuzzi, if any part of your skin starts to sting or burn get out of the water and rinse yourself off thoroughly at any one of the poolside showers, located at either end of the pool and report it straight away. If you don’t want any nice swimwear destroyed, then don’t wear them in the pool or Jacuzzi. Certainly, don’t wear white swi

Desde que lo descubrimos siempre venimos todos los años unos días antes de retomar el trabajo. El respeto, la educación y la tolerancia son algo maravilloso de este complejo. Agradecer a Raúl que nos haga sentir como en casa, a Massimo su simpatía y esos desayunos tan ricos que prepara; desayunos que recomendamos; a Mariola y Belen su profesionalidad, a Ayoze estar pendiente de nosotros y a Edu su alegría, simpatía y sus chupitos. Volveremos de nuevo, seguro.
