"Management needs to buy a fresh set of mosquito nets. The one in my room was torn. Also, wooden bathroom door needs replacement. It is rotting and doesn't close. Not Impressed! Sockets are popping out of the wall too. Basically, the establishment needs to be taken care of and refurbished."

"Good location in Masindi although some rooms were noisy. A number of people in our party had water issues and inadequate mosquito nets. We had a triple room with excellent hot water and perfect nets - these rooms also have a small terrace with a table. Worth paying a few $ more for the space and facilities. Food service was slow and food generally disappointing. All the staff were lovely."

"The mattress was terrible.... probably overused with a big dent in the middle. The sockets were a trick to maneuver. The restaurant closes very early and the tv channels to watch were non-existent for the night we spent there. But the ambience was quiet all in all"

"great friendly place good food and helpful staff, close to the town and handy for our travels, my room as clean and indeed cleaned every day to a good standard, I had plenty of hot water for my shower and when the electricity failed ( a few times) solar lighting was available and easy to use.
