Nicht weit von der Hauptstraße gelegen, gesicherter Parkplatz, netter Empfang, Rezeption hat nur bis 17 Uhr geöffnet. Zimmer hat eine Küche, aber keine Töpfe. Der Preis inklusive Frühstück enthält leider nur Frühstück für eine Person und nicht für zwei, das hätte man vorher kommunizieren müssen.

Thank you somuch for hosting us on the 31st of December. Though we arrived late but we were received well and given excellent treatment.

On my our arrival, we waited at the gate long waiting for someone to open, only to discover that a security guard meant to open is the only person on duty, at the time we waited, he had gone to check in other guests. After a while, we were checked in by a security guard. Then we discovered there were no towels in the room. A security guard was searching for towels in the laundry, only got one towel for the 2 of us, the other hand towel was dirty and full of stains. When we tried to shower, there was no water, it was only at that point that we were told the whole Country was without water. No communication was provided by the hotel to inform guests about water problem even though they know water is very important in the hotel. In the morning I had 2 ask for towels on two occasions, the water was available in the morning though the pressure was very low. The Public Relations is non existent.

I think generally I had high expectations from this place...we firstly on arrival waited over 10 minutes for the receptionist and when she came she barely greeted she just kept asking is it you who called I ignored her because from a mosotho lady greetings is very important is shows respect eventually I asked her why she's not greetings and she's like oh hello...then the room was just ok nothing fancy the kitchen didn't have teaspoons for tea not enough sugar or milk... breakfast no juice no tea no cutlery dry salad without dressing served with dumpling...the dumpling was delicious though but it's not something I'd pair with English breakfast but rather with a stew...but my car broke down and the receptionist was kind enough to let us use their phone...but a smile on her face would be great despite her unprofessionalism

It was a wonderful stay indeed,loved the cleanliness and the furniture,so conducive The only problem was the noise from other guests,they started shouting along the corridors as early as 5 am The management should strongly look into that Otherwise everything was perfect

The guest house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a shopping mall within 5 minute drive. Great for self catering. The property has high quality Wi-Fi. There is also a nice little balcony I would recommend the property to anyone travelling to Maseru for business or pleasure.
