Rent an elegant 80 sqm holiday home in Mascali, on the sea, 1 km from the marina, at the foot of Etna and a few km from Taormina. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of: living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and two terraces overlooking the sea.
Reserved parking space.
Shared swimming pool.
The room is equipped with: air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, linen, crockery, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine.
Nearby you can find: supermarkets, bakery, pizzerias restaurants, fishmonger, etc. and as much as necessary for a comfortable stay.
Consumption of water, electricity and gas included.
The house is located in a favorable position, from which you can easily reach many tourist places in Eastern Sicily, allowing guests to make excursions to nearby tourist locations such as: Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Etna Park, Etna's mouths , Gole dell'Alcantara, Acireale and the Riviera dei Ciclopi (Acitrezza and Acicastello), Riposto with its tourist port, Modica, Piazza Armerina, Syracuse, Caltagirone, Ragusa, Etnaland, the Olie Islands with departure from Riposto to about 5 km with hydrofoil, etc ...

Dreckig und allgemein schlechter Zustand der Wohnung
Das erste Problem war "Ankommen", die genaue Adresse war nicht gegeben und Wegbeschreibung war auch nicht gut. Wir haben auch nach einem telefonischen Kontakt keine Adresse gehabt, die wir ins Navi eingeben konnten. Wir sind so unnötig eine Dreiviertel Stunde rumfahren und mussten uns durchfragen.Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig, Haare lagen auf dem Tisch und es gab Schimmel im Kühlschrank.Einen Staubsauber gab es nicht, Besen und Mob waren so dreckig, dass man sie nicht einsetzen konnte, alle Putzmittel mussten wir einkaufen.Vom Gasherd gingen nur 2 von 4 Flammen, der Abfluss in der Küche war verstopft, im Bad blätterte die Farbe von der Decke und das Waschbecken war undicht, so dass das Holz des Waschtisches aufgeweicht war.

Die Wohnung ist an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, uns hat es sehr gestört. Um ans Meer zu kommen, musste man nur über die Straße gehen, was natürlich ein Pluspunkt ist. Der Gastgeber war freundlich.

Oltre le aspettative
L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e dotato di ogni confort, non manca davvero niente. Il residence è moderno, molto carino. Il posto è strategico per la visita alla Sicilia orientale. Peccato che la pulizia nei dintorni e nella spiaggia di fronte non sia ottimale, ma non è certo colpa dei proprietari dell'appartamento, che sono persone molto disponibili e presenti ad ogni necessità. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, come a casa, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grazie di tutto, torneremo volentieri!

Sizilien - was sonst?!
Tolle Lage zwischen Meer und Etna, super Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen nach Taormina, Catania, Syrakus, Messina etc, eigentlich die ganze Ostküste. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt!

Séjour passable
L'appartement était propre mais avec un parfum jusque sur les draps trop fort.
Il n'était pas précisé que le logement se trouve devant une rue très fréquentée par les véhicule dès avant l'aube et jusqu’à tard le soir.
L’hôte a été à l'écoute de notre demande de couvertures qu'elle nous a fourni le soir même. Par contre les réponses aux questions via whatsapp tardaient à venir (plus d'une heure à minima).
Il était convenu avec l'hôte que je paierai une nuit de plus à mon arrivée car j'avais mal enregistré mon séjour. Je me suis retrouvé à payer plus cher cette dernière nuit.
