酒店不錯，房間大，乾淨衞生，早餐豐富，服務好，價格合理，衹是床單被罩有點舊但可以接受，驚喜的是聖誕節還給派送了禮物🎁，周邊環境不錯，有商場和各種吃飯的地方，附近有麥當勞，肯德基，漢堡王等

酒店真的很偏僻，我打電話溝通可以提前入住，打車過去後又説必須下午3點才讓住，明明房間是空的就是不讓入住，我們沒辦法又打車回去市區，來回花了接近100，下午突然有急事要返回新加坡，打電話溝通可以退房，我們還一頓感謝就直接回新加坡了，結果晚上就是退房審核不通過，這樣的商家為了幾百房費出而反爾我是不會再去住了，關鍵是真的很偏僻

前台服務員態度很一般，整體體驗一般，就是酒店位置好

附近沒找到更合適的酒店，每次來都住着家，床品一般，附近吃的不太合胃口

基本等於國內三星級吧，房間大小設施還行，不是往東有業務的話，沒必要住這邊。

在馬來西亞南部城市新山還算過得去。出門就是肯德基，走100可以餐飲。

由於酒店很新，各方面設施都沒問題住的滿意唯一遺憾的是沒有泳池 酒店樓下附近有很多快餐店例如kfc，McDonald，Starbucks，Vivo pizza，漢堡王，family mart，subway 等等

位置離市區遠，但附近很多吃喝

房間很大，周邊配套齊全

環境衞生不錯

還是蠻乾淨的

Bad experience 1. Air-conditioner was not cold and leaking. 2. Tap does not have hot water option. 3. Water heater pump was from old machine pump. The water was not hot at all. 4. Shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner pump was difficult to pump. Need to pull the head to pump again. Good experience 1. Breakfast was ok. 2. Front desk service was friendly. It was not worth RM200++ at all.

All was good except that the toilet drainage was smelly and our aircon cover was open for some reason. Didn't stop the aircon from working perfectly hence we did not request for them to close the lid. Still a smooth 3D2N stay and receptionists were friendly to assist when we accidentally left our card in the room. The breakfast area and choices were beyond expectation.

Travelled long distance by overnight flights for over 14 hours and reached the hotel just before 1 pm. Had reservation for 4 nights and their official time for check in is 3 pm.Allowed check in at 2.10 pm after over 1 hour wait. Would have been delighted as a customer if check in was allowed at 1 pm considering request and ample availability which they already had. Their checkout time is 12 pm. As a customer, empathy is expected. There were 2 bookings from our side having the same issue. The rooms were allotted after multiple requests. Not a very pleasant way to start the stay with dissatisfaction. Assigned room 911 which had Lot of ants crawling in the room on walls,Study desk and Tea kettle area.Foul smell in the washroom near the sink. Complained to change the room and they refused saying the Housekeeping will clean the room and I must check again. After arriving back from work they asked me to go to the same room saying it's cleaned. Upon entering it's the same with even more ants. Don't know what and how they cleaned. Upon asking again they allotted room 609 without even a word of apology.. Customer service and response poor, specially from the ladies at the reception. Not a place to recommend.
