Wow, wow, wow! A wonderfully warm and enthusiastic welcome from JJ on arrival at the Marriott began such a wonderful stay. JJ was also amazingly helpful in organizing tours within the National park. (Special thanks to Marc who shared our anniversary with his team.) Our room was available on arrival and stunning! Super comfortable and luxurious bed, large bathroom with separate toilet and shower plus lounge room (room 100). Large fluffy towels, iron, hairdryer, water, tea/coffee machine (including coffee capsules). The location of the room was right on the river and in close proximity (though no noise) to the restaurant and bar - perfect. Wifi is only available in the bar area. MCafe at the Marriott serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a special anniversary dinner where the staff were simply amazing and we were treated! We loved sitting outside by the pool for dinner - a slight breeze, undercover and with a local bat or two circling- heavenly! On site at the Marriott is a large gym and Mandara spa - the perfect treat after a day trekking. Or you can just relax and swim in the Balinese style swimming pool (which my husband did). The Marriott shuttle bus (free) meets all flights and is also available to take you to the Gunung Mulu National when required (also free). There is also a small general store a 5-15minutes walk down the road which is reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend doing the Deer Cave and Lang Cave tour. I also did the Mulu Canopy Skywalk which I found hair-raising (like being on a rollercoaster you want to get off but the only way to get off is to finish). Tip: All Mulu National Park fees can be paid by credit card. 30MYR for a 5 day park pass PLUS any tours you do.

若想要遊覽馬魯迪，貝納拉提小屋將會是一個不錯的的住宿之選。姆魯機場位於距離該飯店大約2km的地方。從飯店到Deer Cave遊覽很方便，Mulu Skywalk和Mulu Caves也均在附近。所有極具特色的客房都配備有空調，讓您感受到更加貼心細緻的入住體驗。酒吧給旅客提供了一個舒適的環境，可供休憩。若是覺得飯店的餐飲無法滿足您挑剔的味蕾，不妨去附近的Bamboo Cafe或Good Luck Cave'fe Mulu品嚐下一流的推薦美食。飯店提供的休閒設施，旨在為旅客營造多姿多彩、奢華完美的住宿體驗。飯店配備有會議廳，可供旅客使用。外國旅客可以通過多國語言工作人員瞭解當地風土人情的相關訊息。

距離米里機場僅需步行距離,此酒店是真正的寶石。房間設計合理,燈光明亮(大多數酒店房間對我來說太暗了),配有吊扇,這樣我們就可以打開窗戶,享受自然的空氣;我們喜歡有高天花板和良好的鋪設的早餐場所。工作人員也很好;特別感謝行李員/穿梭貨車司機查爾斯·塔。他非常友善和樂於助人(我們帶着相當數量的行李+兩個孩子)--甚至在機場給我們送了手推車,而且,在所有這些之後,他婉言謝絕了我的小費,說他只是很高興做好他的工作。希望酒店管理層正在讀這篇文章,請一定表揚他.

付了RM421/nite/room,每個臥室1張特大牀,2個臥室1個家庭房。但是下午2點入住的時候,給了一個1張特大牀+2張單人牀的房間,在13級價格更低(RM370如果沒錯的話)。意味着降級。我要求換房,前排小姐把它重新安排到10層。13層的房間有水槽,12瓶免費飲料,房間佈局不錯,但我的新房間10層很大,但感覺空蕩蕩的,感覺長時間無人居住。沒有什麼特別的,一點也不令人印象深刻。甚至免費的飲料地板上有污漬(可能是血跡,巧克力飲料還是咖?我不知道),滿是灰塵的桌子,熱水問題。臥室裏的電視只是用來表演/裝飾的,沒有頻道。很抱歉,我對我的體驗感到非常失望。房間完全不符合我的期望。我仍然認爲13號的低米的房間更好。打電話給前台2x請他們安排技術員修理電視和熱水。只在晚上8點來,但除了熱水沒有解決,我相信這是自己解決的(打開水龍頭5分鐘,它會自己熱)。他提出要換房間,我高興地同意了,但直到退房才發生。“特大牀”對2個成人+1歲大嬰兒來說,無疑太小了,只有4條毛巾(黃色),舊牀墊和非常柔軟(不工作),骯髒的墊子,無聊的11個電視頻道,主門很難關閉,我必須買迪特爾噴霧來讓房間充滿活力,並去除黴味。工作人員很友好。自助早餐也沒什麼選擇&不符合我的期望如果以後必須再次住在這裏,不會浪費錢去它的家庭房間。

I really appreciated the front desk for listening to my request to make the room look prettier and they even wrote a birthday card for my best friend. I truly appreciate the effort!!!! I didn't expect them to hear me out but I'm glad they did. Definitely coming back here again, maybe next time imma book a suite. Deluxe room is abit too small for me.

酒店整潔，房間夠大，有露台，泳池乾淨漂亮，員工很友善，酒店提供住客免費泊車，方便出入。唯一問題是Room service比較貴。

Very comfortable beds but the rooms are tight. We stayed in a deluxe family room which had two queen beds that didn’t leave much room for much else. We had a tv on the wall between the beds and really didn’t want for much else. The desk and chair was small, a small bar fridge and a separate glass privacy area for a shower and loo. I must admit I loved the generosity of the shower😂. Only draw back was the parking is voucher parking out the front and parking inspection was bang on 8am where we received a parking ticket.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, my room is extremely clean, w not a speck of dust, soft clean new sheets, functioning aircond & water heater, king sized bed. The hotel doesnt look new, but quality of the room is exquisite. hospitality of the staff is outstanding. Will propose my friends and fmily to come here in the future for stay miri. If u book standard room, make sure to bring own toiletaries though.
