Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet établissement de M****ille et c'est véritablement un petit bijou. La décoration de l'hôtel est un mélange parfaitement réussi d'éléments anciens et de design récent. C'est toujours d'un bon goût et donne une ambiance générale luxueuse mais également intimiste. L'accueil est très professionnel et fort aimable. Ici, le service est en harmonie avec les lieux et le standing: discret et jamais intrusif et parfaitement efficace. De l'arrivée au départ c'est excellent. Bravo à tout le personnel de toutes la catégories. La chambre est belle, design avec plein de petits éléments bien pensés. Tout était parfaitement propre et sans reproche. J'aurais aimé peut être un literie un peu plus ferme, mais c'est très subjectif. Le Spa est joli et permet une pause détente agréable. Nous avons pris un apéro au bar et les cocktails étaient délicieux ! Le petit déjeuner du matin était peut être le point le plus fort: un buffet très varié, avec même des petits plats cuisinés. Un multitude de gateaux maison, des produits de qualité et de plus, en ce jour d'épiphanie, des couronnes des rois ! Quelle classe ! Merci à l'hôtel C2 pour cette paranthèse agréable dans la cité phocéenne.

房間衛生都可以就是服務不好。我們到了很晚 沒有人指引 走了很久房間號是在另一個區域 大門好高。夜深人靜 有點感覺像是回不去的感覺。這家酒店每一個區域都有很高的大門分開。第二天早上 我起床 想出去。不知道如何打開門 酒店也沒有人告訴 以前我特別喜歡住洲際 現在看了 洲際無論從何方面都顯得太老了。 另外床太高了 適合歐洲人。

Our stay at Hotel Mercure in M****ille was nothing short of excellent, highlighted by the remarkable service provided by their exceptional team. The star of my experience, without a doubt, was Ben, the receptionist. His assistance during the check-in process was seamless, efficient, and truly welcoming, setting a high standard for the remainder of my stay. Navigating M****ille's busy streets was initially challenging, but locating the hotel's carpark became incredibly simple thanks to Ben's comprehensive directions and friendly assistance. His exceptional professionalism, combined with his warm personality, added a special touch to our visit. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-tier service, superior accommodations, and outstanding staff.

Recently stayed here at 50Euro per night, The hotel is located a stone's throw away from Vieux-Port in a side street, hence giving you access to town centre, the metro. With a tiny and almost hidden entrance the hotel, its easy to miss. From the rooms you can hear the hustle and bustle even at night however I like this kind of sound and slept with the windows open. The staff were absolutely fantastic (thanks to the 2 gentlemen and 1 lady) and was manned 24 hours per day. The rooms itself are small and quite basic, and not suited to families, but for single or couples looking for a place to stay. You would consider this a budget hotel without any luxuries at 50 Euro at night, id say its fair value. Thanks for the great stay, staff and location made it great

N’étant pas mon habitude de m’être des commentaires et encore moins des mauvais Mais la ; les monts sont faibles. Établissement HONTEUX Arrivée le 8 mai Pour une chambre à 200€ la nuit ( et encore elle nous a fait un prix LOL) pour partir à 2:30 du matin car: PUNAISE DE LIT sur les murs ; couvertures. BIEN SÛR ON A ÉTÉ PIQUÉE. On attend toujours l apel de la responsable depuis mais qui sois disant n’est jamais là ; pour le remboursement car bien entendu nous n’avons pas été remboursé ! En même temps en lisant les commentaires ce n’est pas étonnant. (On aurai du lire avant) … Odeur pourrie dès l’entrée de l’hôtel ; escalier dangereux car chambre au 4eme étage et ascenseur en panne. Malgres plusieurs appel et mail envoyés aucune réponse. Des poursuites sont en cours Maintenant on a peur d’en avoir emmener chez nous ; ça deviens psychologique…. Fuyez ; dormer dehors ça sera mieux je pense.

No frills modern hotel that is thoughtfully laid out. It is located right on the port and my room had a sweeping view of it. The room itself was clean and comfortable with everything I could need. I was only there one night but it would also be suitable for a longer stay. They even provided a yoga mat (cork!) in the room which was a nice touch. Be warned, the elevator doesn’t go to the entrance level on the ground floor so be prepared to carry your bags a couple flights of stairs to check-in at the first floor. Elevator is available from the first floor up. The young lady working the night shift at the front desk was quick to offer her help, though. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a clean and affordable stay right in M****ille port.

Had my second stay here, this time in a lovely top floor room with views out across the city towards Notre Dame. Huge LG TV, lovely Nuxe toiletries, monsoon shower, and excellent housekeeping - everything spotless. Good North-African themed tapas in the hotel restaurant, and the guy in charge there was particularly helpful/friendly, recommending which bits of the city had good street art when I mentioned that was one of the main reasons I came to M****ille (Cours Julien fyi, which also has some fab cafes and vintage shops). My only gripe was the handling of the bill (as follows). My debit card was pre-authorised on arrival (and in excess of the actual cost of the room, but I assumed this to be an additional security deposit or similar, do didn't really feel too concerned at the time). When it came to checkout, it was agreed that we would let the pre-authorised amount stand, and I would be refunded the difference between that and the actual, final bill. However, when I checked my bank balance 3 days later I was shocked to find that I'd been billed for the full amount again, and the pre-authorised amount had not been released - so essentially I'd been charged twice (or twice and a bit, when you allow for the fact the first billing was an over-estimate anyway). This follows on from a cancelled pre-paid booking the previous year (due to Covid restrictions) that was supposed to be fully refundable, which I also really struggled to get back (it was eventually repaid but quite belatedly). So, I'm not saying don't stay here, because it is a really nice hotel in a very vibrant area (lots of cafes with fab Oriental pastries, markets etc) but you will really need to be on top of the financial side of things to ensure you aren't left out of pocket.

We arrived near midnight and had a bad time at reception. One of us hadn't paid, another was doubly charged and not one of the three of us had our key card sorted so we all had to get back to reception to fix this. Fortunately the rooms were all lovely, other staff were great, especially Meahdi, who was SO patient. The lift - is antique. It only works if you close the inner door properly and many guests do not. So if you are on the 5th floor like we were... The bar is alcohol free... more a lounge but we were able to take our own wine in and glasses were happily provided. The breakfast is amazing! Lovely coffee, great people looking after you and lots of choice.

Mon compagnon à réservé 1 h de spa et un massage de 1 h en duo. Nous avons passer un moment très agréable. Nous sommes sortis de cette heure de massage complètement sur notre petit nuage. Merci à Anais et Destiney pour ce merveilleux moment.

Travelled as a solo tourist and as a base, this hotel was ideal for exploring for 3 nights. The comfortable attic room suited my needs perfectly. Spotless clean, comfortable, and great shower with ritual toiletries. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel as I wanted to sample as many local croissants as possible! The area does have a number of homeless people, but I felt very safe in the hotel and the staff were very friendly.

我在2021年8月初預訂了2間3晚,一切都很好。房間比較大,乾淨,工作人員非常友好和禮貌,早餐很好。酒店地理位置很好-離港口只有300米遠。從街上走來,酒店不太令人印象深刻但總體來說是真正的便宜-便宜,乾淨衛生,很好placed.1房間和圖片一模一樣,電梯...很好...獨特。
