I arrived early but I got a room immediately which is a good thing
But I really don’t know why I have already paid for the rental, the hotel still asks guest to clean the kitchen and throw away the trash can before check out? If not, they will charge for the clean fee. Then why should I live in an apart hotel?
And I have already paid for the city tax upon check-in, but the receptionist still charge me for another time of city tax? It makes people so upset.! What a weird hotel…
Hotel is good, how the receptionist treat the customers is VERY BAD!
He told us with high tone that our booking is not in the system, although we already paid for it & can show our booking confirmation :)) It's is very stupid.
Then the fault is on the hotel. That the owner booked with his name (not my name). Actually it is okay. But how the employee (receptionist) behave so bad in handling the customers is just SHAMEFUL. He should get a proper training in Service and Customer Handling.
Hôtel bien placé avec vue sur le port mais mal insonorisé, on entend les bruits de la rue, des voisins de chambre et des canalisations,bon petit déjeuner classique à 13€.
