A proximité du parc Chanot, du stade vélodrome, du boulevard du Prado, que demander de plus. Accueil rapide et précis, un parking souterrain à disposition accessible directement de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont très propre avec une superbe et douce literie, refaite tous les jours. Les petits déjeuners sont des plus copieux, on y trouve tout ce que l'on peut demander à un petit déjeuner et en plus avec des jus de fruit frais. Pas de bruit de circulation, on accède directement sur le boulevard Rabateau et M****ille est là. Très réactif aussi, la chambre commandé sur internet ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions demandé, le changement a été fait immédiatement sans aucun souci. Très bon établissement donc et je dois souligner la gentillesse de tout le personnel, que ce soit de nuit ou de jour. Ils sont souriant et au top. Merci à eux.

We chose this hotel given that it offers parking on site and it is well positioned, close to the port and other landmarks, but yet away from all the chaos and traffic. If you have high expectations and looking for North American standards of a 4 star hotel, this is definitely not the place to stay at. We spent most of the time touring the city and its surroundings, so we did not need many amenities and were not bothered with things that were missing or not working. Some of the high points of this hotel were: location (residential and quiet area), onsite gated parking, very peaceful and you cold barely hear other guests, lots of nice trees and plants around the property, comfortable bed, outdoor pool, beach/pool towels, wardrobes and slippers are provided, good wifi, mini fridge stocked with water and pop, very helpful and friendly staff. The low points were: getting to the hotel can be a bit tricky as the entrance is not marked properly. You have to turn into Rue des Flots Bleus to access reception - parking is right behind the gate in front of the reception. Streets are very narrow and bigger cars can be challenging to manoeuvre. We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We opted for Privilege room, but is was extremely small and dark (ground floor). Wardrobe was size of a kitchen cabinet and there was no space for suitcases. There was no work desk, but only a small round table and one chair. Shower and sink drainage was not very good and there was a very odd smell. There was no iron/ironing board in the room. Some of the lightbulbs were not working. Pool/beach towels could not be changed for clean/dry ones. Breakfast was a bit limited. Scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon were served from very small pans and would not get replenished regularly. There were many pigeons landing on outdoor tables and chairs. Coffee served outside breakfast hours is not free. Pool loungers are limited and by the afternoon they are all taken. The grounds could be kept in the better shape. We would not recommend this hotels for longer stays.

Unfortunately the first hello wasn‘t very charming. The room was okay, the location not very welcoming, but functional. It‘s not very nice to sign a 150€ guaratee if the house does not look worthy. Fortunately the young team was very friendly and helpful

It was very interesting to stay in this architectural landmark that is hailed both as creative genius and as a detrimental concept in terms of impact on the urban landscape. The room was small but the built-ins and views once planned to make small apar**ents livable work well for hotel guests. The DOWNSIDE of this hotel, other than its distance from the center, is the management, whose attitude conjures up the stereotype of French snobbery and derision. The WiFi in the room was very unreliable and precluded use of our devices most of the time. The hotel owner actually responded to my complaint by saying that we should be there for Le Corbusier, not the WiFi! Unbelievably bad attitude for a hotel proprietor. (Also heard her speak meanly to her employee.) Also, no kettle or coffee maker provided, as we have enjoyed in almost every other hotel we have stayed in France. No even tissues and glasses. Nothing but soap and towels. So - be prepared for lack of service if you stay here and you’d better love Le Corbusier!
