Oppholdet var greit og ok. Det de må bli bedre på er følgende : nattklubben er for barn .det bør ikke være barn etter kl 21 der. Maten bør også varriere mye mer. Blir lei samme mat i en uke .

Spend your money elsewhere. This is not a 5-star property by any stretch of the imagination. We had to change rooms 3 times due to A/C not working as well as a cockroach situation. Property is run down. Protocols for running the place seem completely absent. We spent a week eating all meals in their restaurant without working A/C at 40c temperatures. Their shuttle to the Medina was run down and had no A/C. Routinely ran out of food during meals. Long lines to wait for it to be made. Never enough glasses or spoons. Kids using their fingers to grab buffet food without being addressed by the property. Pools have major deferred maintenance. Pool bar was dirty with bees all around the sweet mixers and dead flies in the Sangria on the countertop. Spoke to GM requesting a refund. He promised to get back to me after speaking to his boss, and of course that never happened, which pretty much sums up the approach to customer concerns at this property. He tried to gaslight me by claiming that all-inclusive clubs are not hotels. Wow! Needless to say, I have extensive experience with all-inclusives and this one is in trouble. My sister and her family also stayed and their bathroom flooded the first night, they were never able to get housekeeping to leave towels for everyone in their party, their door malfunctioned twice where it wouldn’t lock and each time they had to wait for hours for maintenance to show up. Working with ********** to address this as I find it completely unacceptable.

2eme fois que je vais au Kenzi je n y retournerai pas buffet très moyen limite cantine portion au compte goutte Personnel très bien serviable les directeurs S' en servent comme des esclaves il faut se cacher pour leur donner un pourboire lors de notre départ. Et pour finir des cafards les 2 fois dans la salle de bains matériel défectueux etc .. Bref il y a que le lieu rempli d arbres oliviers et belle piscine qui est super ! Mais je n' irai plus

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréable . Un bémol pour l’accueil à la réception . Je déconseille le spa par rapport au prix annoncé et au prix payé à la réception en fin de séjour .

We asked to upgrade to a bigger room because our 11 son joined us , but the representative lied to us and said there was no other room available. Moreover he charged us extra $330 for the same room cause we had no option :(

Troisième séjour depuis 2016 et malgré un séjour globalement positif, je note une baisse très nette de la qualité des buffets très répétitifs sur 8 jours et pas toujours de bonne facture : plats souvent froids, peu de fruits et pas mûrs, même poisson tous les jours parfois pas cuits … Lavabo ébréché dans la salle de bain tout comme le porte savon, matelas à changer ; il ne faudrait pas que l’hôtel se repose sur les commentaires très positifs de manière globale, un rafraîchissement de certaines parties communes est à envisager : bar piscine par exemple. Par ailleurs deux soirées apéro en 8 jours et le reste du temps, une chanteuse à la voix pas toujours juste ; c’est peu en terme d’animation on a connu bien mieux ! Rien dimanche soir par exemple même pas un fond sonore au bar en terrasse à 19h, pas très gai tout ça. Cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir car le service est top mais attention à ne pas se reposer sur ses lauriers !
