艾克斯卡巴帕拉斯&溫泉(Palais Aix Kabaj &Spa)

The staff here are all very helpful and friendly. On the first day I was told this is my second home and I could relax as I wished. Great pool area to sit by and a rooftop terrace garden with a nice view of the tops of the Medina. Highly recommend.

Le service est déplorable et très très loin de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 4 étoiles: le petit déjeuner est au minimum ( pas de pain, jus d'orange 1er prix, thé tiède, gâteau et galette réchauffés de la veille, pas d'omelette... Etc). On nous avons pris un dîner, celui-ci nous a été servi tiéde, la soupe semblait aussi être réchauffée de la veille! Notre chambre ne comportait pas de fenêtres! Les chambres sont très très mal insonorisées, la porte restait entrouverte, ainsi, nous avons pu partager les sonneries de téléphones, le réveil, les discussions de vos voisins... Ce qui peut être une expérience en soit... Mais pas si vous voulez passer un week sympa avec Madame... La clim ne fonctionnait pas sur la position chauffage, ce qui est dommage en ce mois de février, car le matin et le soir il faisait tout de même froid... Le seul plus est l'emplacement a 15 minutes de la place, mais le riad est très difficile a trouver. La décoration est aussi correcte. Le rapport qualité-prix est tout de même très nul par rapport à ce que l'on a pu avoir par ailleurs.

Excelente Riad ubicado a 10 minutos caminando de la Plaza de Jamaa el Fna . Trato exquisito y servicial de todo el equipo . Oussama estuvo pendiente en todo momento de agradar nuestra estancia. A nuestra llegada en taxi nos recogio en la zona del zoco para acompañarnos al Riad caminando . Té acompañado con Dulces típicos de bienvenida para calentar e ir sumergiéndonos en su cultura . Fantásticas habitaciones , limpias y confortables . Personal muy agradable . El desayuno varía cada día. Si hace buen clima no dejes de disfrutar la terraza . Como colofón final nos dieron de desayunar antes del comienzo del horario establecido el día de salida. Muy recomendable . Volvería sin dudarlo .

Experiência maravilhosa em Marrakech. Excelente Hotel!! Staff fantástico! Todos acolhedores e atenciosos. Ibrahim e Ouissal muito solicitos. Destaque para Youssef que nos recepcionou calorosamente, extremamente simpático e disposto para ajudar a qualquer hora. O hotel é charmoso e muito limpo. Arquitetura típica de Marrocos. Quarto aconchegante e café da manhã tradicional maravilhoso servido no terraço! A localização é perfeita para explorar a cidade, de acesso fácil e seguro aos principais pontos turísticos. Uma verdadeira imersão na cultura Marroquina. Amamos, pretendemos voltar e recomendamos!

I've been here barely one whole day and I hate the place already and wish I'd never set foot in Morocco. The hotel I'm staying is located in a warren of lanes that taxis won't take you into. The local phone networks DON'T work. I even bought a local sim and an esim but no joy and no google maps. My hotel reception provided me with a copy local map that resembles a bad photocopy of a microfiche. To compound matters the locals take great joy in offering to show you directions and send you around in circles before turning from uber friendly to uber aggressive unless you give over at least 200 dirhams. DON'T accept any help around here. STAY at home or choose sowhere else.

Accueil excellent, cadre des mille et une nuits, personnel compétent, que dire de plus Service de qualité, un chauffeur attaché au Palais et en même temps un guide très cultivé, aimant son métier et aimant son pays.

***Please read completely if you are considering staying at Riad AIX**** It is really disappointing to leave this review, but unfortunately, my partner and I had several negative experiences at Riad AIX that would make me NOT recommend others to stay here. We also don't think this is an isolated experience -- we spoke to several other unhappy guests who felt they had been cheated in some way. Scam #1: AIRPORT SHUTTLE – We booked the airport shuttle through the hotel, but the hotel did not tell us what the cost should be (actual cost is 7 euro / 70 MAD, driver charged us 20 euros, which is not a huge problem, but the hotel should tell guests the price in advance). When we arrived, the driver purposefully dropped us off a few blocks from the hotel and told us to go with another man who would take us to the hotel (5 min walk). We didn’t have internet to guide us, or we would have walked ourselves. When we arrived, the other man (not associated with the hotel) asked for additional money. I tried to say NO, or finally offer him a small tip (1 euro), but he demanded 10 more euro). When I said no, he then became aggressive and started shouting at me in front of hotel staff, who did not help us to talk to the man or tell him to go away. I refused to pay, and the man and other men said “OK we will be waiting for you outside when you leave the hotel to talk about this later. We will come find you”. This was within our first hour of arriving! When I explained this to hotel reception, they did NOT take the situation seriously and instead started laughing saying it was “no big deal” and that the men “wouldn’t do anything”. Very upsetting, given that this scam seemed to be created by the hotel to exploit its guests for more money. Frustration #2: CHECK IN -- When we arrived at 6 PM, we were forced to wait 1.5 hours (90 minutes) in order to be helped by reception to be given our room key, after the first scam occurred. The reception told us our room was not clean yet (arriving at 6 pm!), and they barely apologised about this. We talked to other guests upon our arrival who were also very frustrated and unhappy because the hotel had gone into their room without permission and moved their things to another room. They also said the SAME ISSUE HAPPENED WITH THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE TO THEM, so this is clearly a scam the hotel knows about and is creating. Scam #2: DINNER -- We had dinner at the riad once, and they told us they didn’t have a dinner menu to show us (eg, with prices), but the owner at reception said he would “give us a special meal because of what happened when we arrived”. I asked the reception specifically for the price of the dinner, and he said “just 13 euro each”. The dinner was fine, typical for what might cost $10 in the Medina at a restaurant). However, when we were checking out, we were billed 30 euros PER PERSON for the dinner (not including alcohol, etc). When I asked the manager for clarification, he insisted that we “misheard” the price, and
