Abbiamo soggiornato in questo riad per 4 notti, e l’esperienza è stata ottima. Professionalità, attenzione per i clienti, gentilezza e calda ospitalità sono la cifra di questo splendido riad. Belle e confortevoli le camere, indimenticabili i servizi benessere di cui si può godere nella spa della struttura, ricchissima e prelibata la colazione servita nel magnifico roof-top della struttura. Una menzione particolare va a tutto il personale, che ci ha fatto sentire costantemente accolti e coccolati. L’eleganza che abbiamo trovato è quella della struttura ma soprattutto delle persone che lavorano lì.

Our stay at the Riad Elegencia was brilliant, from our Moroccan tea on arrival to checkout. Beautiful setting, amazing rooms, every member of staff was courteous and helpful and a delicious Moroccan breakfast every morning. We also had a great experience with a Hammam and massage Would recommend Riad Elegencia

I was very disappointed. I arrived very late, my luggage was missing. No nice hot Peppermint Tea was waiting for me. I told them that I had no luggage, nothing. I was offered nothing at all that would have helped me, no toothbrush, nada. In the morning, looking very much forward to the famous Breakfast on the Roof Terrasse I was told the kitchen was closed and I had to walk to another Hotel nearby. In my travel clothes, sweaty and dirty, I did not want to walk anywhere. So I had a tiny coffee in my room hoping at least the rest of my vacation will be better.

Wat een prachtige Riad. Zo schoon heb ik een verblijf zelden gezien. Kamer goed en een fijn bed. Na een dag in de zeer drukke stad is het dakterras een uitkomst. Die is zeer luxe en biedt je alle rust. Ontbijt was tot in de puntjes, lekker en gevarieerd.

AMAZING! From start to end of our five night vacation the hotel surpassed all expectations, attention to detail was incredible everything from hand made treats daily in the room down to hand stitching on the edge of the towels. The gym was small but well equipped, massage was excellent, hotel staff friendly & informative, breakfast was fantastic . A day spent at their country club continued the five star experience as did dinner in the sister hotel Maison Arabe. We were delighted to see the belly dancer in their Moroccan restaurant however we especially loves dinner in their international restaurant. Great care was taken of us as we walked between the hotels at night, always a chaperone available. Five star facility, five star service and Michelin star quality dinner.
