里亞德阿提卡飯店(Riad Dar Attika)

Riad magnifique , emplacement exceptionnel, petit dej top mais surtout surtout personnel formidable. Tous et toutes ont été adorables, accueillants et conciliants. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise et avons passé un moment exceptionnel. Je recommande vivement !

Quarto maravilhoso, camas confortáveis, difícil acordar com tanto conforto, o Sr. JAMMAL e muito simpático e nos indicou vários lugares ótimos para comer e fazer compras, me senti em casa. Vou voltar com certeza!!! Experiência única. Apaixonada pelo Marrocos!!!

Es perfecto, personal amable y simpático. Super buen trato por ellos, cocinera maravillosa y la persona que te atiende por la noche genial. ( Nour) Comida tradicional,espectacular de buena. Hace que te sientas como en casa. El jacuzzi en la terraza sienta genial. Sin duda volveré. Me ha encantado todo. Belén y Anaís

Personnel super gentil mais en effet, le patron ne pense qu'au commerce et joue sans cesse sur l'ambiguité pour prendre de l'argent en plus. Vente de treks soit disant de meilleure qualité qu'ailleurs (totalement faux, pas le choix des restaurants alors qu'il disait qu'on pourrait manger où on veut, pas le choix de quitter pour certaines visites le groupe et ne pas prendre le guide, donc frais cachés) Il ne nous a pas prévenus non plus qu'à notre retour de trek, la chambre dans laquelle nous emménagions seraient une suite (et donc bien plus chère), il a voulu facturer des thés à la menthe jamais pris à nos amis. Son excuse à chaque fois ; "vous avez mal compris, vous n'avez pas entendu" Ne vous laissez pas avoir par son discours !(il suffit de lire les nombreux témoignages !!)

J ai mis la note de 2 car le personnel est au top. Nordine est incroyablement gentil,serviable et souriant. Le patron qu en à lui est à fuir,ne l écoutez pas pour les excursions c estcun escroc...vous aurez moins cher en prenant des prestations extérieures Il croit avoir un riad surclassé avec le prix de ses boissons à 4 euros la bouteille d eau 6 euros une bière et 2 euros le petit thé à la menthe... Refusez son thé de bienvenue il est payant j ai jamais vu ça Le patron est un escroc il pu l arnaque avec son sourire hypocrite vous n êtes qu un porte monnaie pour lui Dommage qu on ressente que du tourisme hypocrite Je ne reviendrai pas et surtout je ne recommande pas....à fuir

Séjour au top auprès d’une équipe super bienveillante je recommande! L’établissement est très confortable ils ont fait les choses en grand. Les chambres sont confortables. Proche de la plage avec une merveilleuse vue!

Achtung! Passen Sie bitte auf, das Riad Dar Attika bietet auf den Fotos mehr als es vor Ort ist. Wir haben die African Suite gebucht und bekamen das fensterlose und schlecht riechende wie nicht schallisolierte “Loch” im Erdgeschoss. Das Riadmanagement nimmt bewusst die Unzufriedenheit in Kauf und bewirbt obendrauf noch teuren Service, wie Dinner und Ausflüge. Es war eine Katastrophe und Enttäuschung höchsten Grades. Finger weg!

Keine Ausflüge im Hotel buchen!!! Wir haben 3 Ausflüge dort gebucht und waren sehr sehr enttäuscht, schlechte Organisation und überteuert, man kann viel besser und billiger draußen buchen. Am meistens waren wir mit Abendessen in der Wüste enttäuscht. Wir haben Kamel reiten, Sonnenuntergang und Dinner gebucht. Erstenst der Fahrer hat uns zu spät abgeholt, dann hat gesagt Kamel reiten war nicht im Packet drin, nach lange Diskussion konnten wir mit Kamel reiten, danach war natürlich zu spät für Sonnenuntergang, bis wir am Platz waren Sonne war schon fast weg.. Der Fahrer hat gesehen dass wir nicht mehr zum Sonnenuntergang schaffen ist sehr schnell hingefahren dass uns danach schlecht war.. Dann zum Abendessen haben wir Couscous mit Hähnchen bestellt, das Essen hat so nach Lamm Fleisch gestunken und geschmeckt dass wir es überhaupt nicht essen konnten.. Mit dieses Problem sind wir zum Hotel Chef gegangen, wollte es klären. Er hat uns überhaupt nicht zugehört und während des Gespräch ständig telefoniert und am Schluß noch uns ausgelacht, weil er meinte, dass wir selber nicht wussten, was wir gebucht haben und dass es keine "Luxus dinner" war.. Und überhaupt nicht entschuldigt... Also so was respektlos und frech haben noch nie gesehen... Der Chef ist einfach Katastrophe, mit dem kann man überhaupt nicht unterhalten.. Schade weil Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, waren immer für uns da.. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und mit Fenster zum Innenhof, dadurch natürlich haben immer gehört andere Leute und konnten nicht ruhig schlafen.. Sonst hotel war in eine sehr gute Lage und war alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar..

Upon arrival the staff were very nice. The place was missing 3 swimming pools, spa and wellness centre and a fitness centre as advertised on the *********** facilities list. In response the owner remarked that these were available down the road or the fitness centre was a 20 minute car journey away. These should not be listed if the facilities are not on site. We came as a group of friends had 2 rooms: one on the bottom floor and one on the top floor. The bottom floor’s air conditioner could have worked a lot better. On the top floor the toilet door lock did not work and there was a weird smell throughout our stay. All 3 or whatever wifis available were completely unusable on the top floor. The wifi was shocking all the way upstairs. The place should not advertise as having high speed wifi if this is not the case for even one room that is bookable. I have had breakfasts at many hotels and I have never been faced with being offered stale bread, one pancake and tea and coffee for breakfast. Upon request for more food such as eggs the staff seemed very reluctant to give more than 2 eggs between 7 of us per day at which point we were very disappointed with the stinginess. To take it further we had requested two bottles of water one morning and was charged €2 per bottle. Very odd for an ‘included breakfast’. One of the strangest breakfast policies I have ever witnessed. We also requested an extra towel one day for whatever reason. In response the owner threw a fit and complained for 15 minutes. Very weird behaviour. We also accidentally broke an ornament for which we were happy to pay for and reimburse. In response the owner shouted to us that he wanted €150. He later checked with the manufacturer its worth and revised this total to €50 an hour later. It was beyond all of us why he got so emotional and threw a fit and tried to overcharge us by €100 instead of being calm and checking first. In conclusion, the dishonesty with what was listed as available facilities, breakfast policies and handling of situations at the place brings the rating to what it is. A shame as the other members of staff apart from the owner were extremely friendly.
